Overall, I've used more than my fair share of project management and time tracking software. It's powerful and great to have it all in one place.

Customer service is also useful because you can always get a quick response to your simplest of questions and they even go as far as walking you through to a good solution.

We’ve had trouble in the past with how overwhelming this software can be.

I like how Workamajig keeps all of my files, to-dos and so on in one place - everything is organized and in place.

Unless you are a full scale agency, avoid this product at all costs.

Incredibly confusing to get acclimated to. The UI can be quite confusing.

Workamajig is great for organizations whose projects have little-to-no flexibility.

The user interface is downright terrible. It is clunky, it doesn't refresh when it is supposed to and the load times are extremely laggy.

I find the software not visually pleasing. We use it to keep track of a lot of projects and its hard to differentiate each at a glance.

Moving meetings often causes errors, interface is confusing, does not integrate with google calendar.

We mostly use this system for job numbers, budgets and estimating/invoicing. It performs best for us in those key areas.

Perform well and is functionally adequate for the needs of the company. A definite improvement from previous interfaces if you have been using this platform before and are thinking about returning.

I use this software to book orders mainly and for keeping a timesheet. It is pretty straight forward and user friendly.

You'll discover your team will be lost without it.

Very limited for how many clients it can house within the software.

I also love how so many aspects of each widget is customizable. So many services like this don't allow for the customization needed to cater your reports to clients exactly as you see fit.

I've stumbled into trouble a few times trying to link and relink accounts. We have a manager ads and analytics account, which I think causes most of the issue.

The Customer Service is great, they help me and my team with all my questions. It's very very easy to use, specially for adwords reports, analytics and facebook ads reports.

This data has helped us to make better decisions on the different ads. The filtering capabilities are great and it's really easy to generate a report quickly.

I've had issues in the past were one or two of the scheduled reports did not get sent out using the automated system. I haven't seen this problem in the last 8 months or so though.
