We have had a lot of issues with their cloud admin portal, either not working or being slow. Their reseller portal is also poor and could do with a re design.

Overall I would say my experience was mutual in a sense that it did its job but had hiccups here or there but was ultimately defeated by itself.

Not able to detect all viruses during computer scan. After entire scan, ESET shows warnings.

This was a slight problem that I didn’t expect. It also seems to run slow but it could be my configuration so I can’t be sure to blame the software yet.

There is no doubt its interface is attractive and useful. I love the entire protection system it provides.

The customer support is fantastic, and the product just works. I have even purchased the home version for myself.

Large footprint makes it indestructible to hackers. For the money it is awesome and customer service is excellent to work with when you renew your subscription.

Eset is really useful antivirus software for especially small and midsize businesses. It’s protection and detection features are strong and web console is user friendly.

They have gotten worst especially the Mgmt Console Version 7.x.x.

Sometimes fail to upgrade server side. Hard to implement user agents.

The value for money is greater than Kaspersky, another antivirus product which I think is just as good as ESET. ESET is also easy to install and hassle-free.

The best thing about ESET is its attractive price point. It's a mature product and company, so that shows some stability.

Good Solid product, easy to use and set-up, will handle an environment from 5 users up to a couple of thousand.

My computer works, I get updates, warnings when something is risky.

ContentCatcher has done a wonderful job in helping protect our company from the myriad of threats that change by the second.

Content Catcher seems to do a very good job at filtering out the SPAM and malicious content. It works better than anything else have had in the past.

I was offered a 30 day trial with a useful, feature rich and affordable package. They prevent phishing attempts, work with Office365 and even let you know if your email server goes down.

It's a hands-off solution that we were able to successfully outsource to one of the best in the business.

With the ability for our end users to manage their own quarantine and white list it reduced the amount of help desk calls. We love the attachment defense and link defense.

Prior to ContentCatcher we had inhouse staff that searched through the spam mailbox to see if there were any valid emails to be forwarded to users.

I can not think of anything I don't like about the software.

We feel comfortable with zero day attaches now that we are on Content Catcher. Very easy to manage and the best tech support we have every had.

Sometimes it caused a lag (could have been our firewall though).

There are some block categories that are combined, I would prefer if they were individuals items that we could block, or allow.

Easy for all end users to use. Fantastic, quick, and knowledgeable support.
