Very scary to use due to their unresponsive customer service. Everything left unattended if something went wrong.

From the outset, Admin By Request impressed me with its intuitive interface and seamless integration into our existing infrastructure.

Less calls to our Helpdesk to install applications. The IT team approves requested applications and has an overview what it installed.

You now need to drop the application to the Admin by Request icon. Users don't now that sometimes.

MacOS Break Glass could use some work, though most of that is on Apple since they have horrible identity management for enterprise users.

Admin by Request has been a very cost-effective solution and great people to work with.

Then, Admin by Request, being easy to use, made the addition of this tool easy to accept by nearly all users.

Second, with the help of the support of FastTrack the configuration and rollout went smoothly to help with acceptance.

Ease of use, features for the price, break glass is nice when you are a non Microsoft shop.

The audit log feature is amazing to ensure that what is requested is what was done by the user.

The best part was how easy it was to implement and deploy.

The customer service is great. Not only were they extremely helpful with us implementing this, but they are also very responsive if we have questions about features.

You can even revoke admin rights for Helpdesk teams but leave them an easy to use elevation method.

Makes it easy for users to quickly gain access to install applications and have temporary admin sessions to get what they need done. Especially if they are remote.

It may not work well with some applications that require admin rights for installation or updates.

It has all of the features required from a PAM solution. The portal is very intuitive and easy to understand and the deployment is super easy.

Overall we have had a great experience with Admin By Request. I highly recommend the product.

I know this may sound crazy, but we have yet to see any cons at this point. This could change down the road, but as of now there is not any.

Ease of use, simple install and everything just works. Its very easy for users to simply request an elevation for Admin access to install anything they need.

Effective in managing user's rights while also being flexible in times that it needs to be. Integrations are seamless making it VERY fast to respond to any user requests.

It has an easy to use interface with unlimited vpn use and built in ID protection service.

Not sure this was really needed. Windows catches most of what I am concerned about.

I have been using McAfee antivirus for more than 15 years. The best part is that it works on multi-platform, easy to use and easy to install.

Overall comparing the other antiviruses in the market this is an excellent choice.

What I like most about this product is that it can help protect your electronic device if there is malware or virus on it. It has almost all features that other antivirus softwares have.

People with basic knowledge of computers and technology can easily navigate around and find what they are looking for.

I found Mcafee really good. I love using the Internet, different websites and softwares.

Intrusion detection and ip filtering are the best features i like.

Easy to use and install anti-virus that stays updated.

Other than their pricing, I liked Mcafee software.

Its user interface is awesome, really easy to use.

McAfee is an easy to use software which blocks threats and keeps track of viruses. It also optimises PC performance.

Have everything needed to protect your devices at home or small business. I like the comprehensive monitoring.

I can’t say something about the software that I do no like because it has never left my devices open for harm.

The cons for me was the ineffective parenal controls. File lock has been removed and also no kill switch for the vpn.

Whether you’re a casual web surfer or a coding genius who works at a Tech Firm, this is the security suite for you.

This is a good software overall. It is good for protecting things that you have saved and need to keep secure.

Paid feature of vpn is what i dont like that much.
