I think one of the worst points of this platform is the user friendlyness. Maybe I'm not a pro, but it was difficult for me to understand how to use it at first.

Overall, I am happy with Mule ESB which does the job of required integration either in SOAP or REST.

We use this for our end users to help with system intergartion and its been the best results over its compertion.

This is one the best studio o have ever seen very best in quality and customer support was awesome.

Sometimes the UI is stuck and drags the time along. Every release has something new and sometime that is little difficult to grab on and make changes to the code.

We need to raise a case if we face a issue and average respond time from mulesoft folks is not fast as would expect. We have faced this problem couple of times in my office.

AnyPoint have a skilled customer support, they are quick to answer and help you. Besides that AnyPoint is simple to use with powerful features and tools.

And also Dataweave is very rich and solid expression language users can use to easily transform data into desired output.

When batch processing is done extensively causes delays, it represents a big problem at the time of integration.

Mulesoft is great tool to work on which provide lots of integration point. Its increase the development activity and reduce the maintains cost.

Porting Telephone numbers, there is NO WAY to remove and add numbers. You will still need to cancel and re-key which is very time consuming.

Good customer support, over all the software is easy to use. Overall layout is clean and doesn't have too many distractions.

The user friendly dashboard is great. I love the new number ordering section and how easy it is to upload line options for a large amount of numbers at one time.

If you have to search and change the settings on multiple DID's it is very unintuitive and slow. They do not support right-clicking and opening many elements in a new tab due to poor web coding.

When going to confirm a DID order if you do not have your browser set to full size you can miss the button to submit the order.

Unable to order multiple Rate Centers in one order. No option to update the whole order with Switch changes.

I don't mind that their are 3 seperate portals, it just managing login and for 3 accounts is annoying, especially when they have separate parameters.

The software can be a bit confusing without the proper training for navigation.

Great ticket response times and friendly. Appreciate the support provided by Bandwidth when needed.
