I would say that the negative is that there is no free version. It does have an annual plan of which is the cheapest option of you want to get serious about making money with it.

Terrible customer and support service. Besides getting back to you after a few days, answers come without any solutions what so ever.

However as I deep dived kind of left feeling disappointed becasue of lack of features. Also I did not see much of actvities in their forum and roadmap which is bit worrying.

They create user-friendly apps which are very easy to use. Easy to understand, and all their features are great.

Still missing an API; other platforms have this. Also, their price point can be a little intimidating and ALMOST makes you think twice every month.

At the same time, they maintain well-documented helpdesk articles and very responsive support. They even publish your ISO apps for you and provide the final Android APK file for Playstore submission.

The cost vs the features is well worth it for the benefits and their customer support has been great.
