Secure appointment and online booking platform
Working with Booknetic as the primary event scheduling application has been great. It is cost-effective and the customer support team responds faster when reached for assistance.
PROSScheduling for events and connecting peers in the organization has been impressive with Booknetic. Clients can book for appointments wit our teams without any challenge from our online portal. It has efficient features that are flexible for all our clients.
CONSThis is the best software that I have come across with the most standard online booking tools.

A Versatile and Easy-to-Use Appointment Scheduling Plugin
Overall, I'm very happy with Booknetic. It's a versatile and easy-to-use appointment scheduling plugin that offers a great value for the price. I would definitely recommend it to other businesses.
PROSBooknetic is very affordable. I was able to get the plugin for a fraction of the cost of other appointment scheduling software.
CONSThe only downside to Booknetic is that it doesn't offer as many integrations as some of its competitors. However, I'm still able to connect it to my email and calendar, so it's not a major issue for me.

Disappointed SaaS buyer with years of disappointment and frustration
Feeling robbed, support is just down the toilet, and all they want is renewing support again so they can keep dragging on the issues without any resolution dates. Paid a lot of money for a system that never really worked as promised. Better go to Shedul / Fresha which is a much more feature rich, with owners and customers in mind to make it work like how it should be.
PROSFalse promises that the sales guys are giving
CONSThey just throw all your feedback and complaints under the carpet. And if you are still within the support period they have a portal that they just drag the issues until your support expires and then you won't get the support anymore. The issues you raised are hardly rectified.As a SaaS customers and a promised of white labelling, Booknetic always likes to add their name into the flow or in the source and use this method to steal your SaaS potential tenants. It is not just unethical but you will not get any ROI back as they don't want you to succeed.

Simplyfy your Booking process with Booknetic"
Overall experience with Booknetic is good first it comes with a minimal amount which is quite impressive second thing it is very easily manageable and easy to use. It has a lot of integration applications such as a Google calendar that lets help you to manage your booking, and appointments more conveniently.
PROSThe best thing I like about Booknetic is as it is easily customizable. I can customize it at any time as per my need and requirement. Also, there is a widget window through which I can book multiple appointments simultaneously, which is quite time-saving. Other than that it is not so expensive so overall this is a very good plugin for WordPress websites to book appointments.
CONSEverything is good with Booknetic except one thing it does not have its own stand-alone software. It only works with WordPress websites. This means if someone wants to use it and they don't have a WordPress website it might be seen as a limitation of it.

Useful and light booking system
Very nice, fast and smart.
PROSbooknetic is a very interesting plugin, understandable and with a very clear management panel. I set up a reservation system for a sports center with a swimming pool and I must say everything works very well. The support was also fantastic, they fixed a small problem I had in the setup phase in a very short time.
CONSImprove the mobile view with a better responsive layout (especially for texts) and need to fix the translation function

Very reliable and takes care of scheduling really well
Very easy for someone to schedule an appointment and manage availability right inside Booknetic
PROSI experienced scheduling in just a few clicks which makes it easy to follow up with partners after networking events. With all potential times available on Booknetic, scheduling is no longer a pain point.

If you need a booking system in your website Booknetic is the one!
Making it easy for our clients when booking an appointment is one of the most important things, because if that is easy everything else just runs smoothly. Before Booknetic we would lose clients or they will get upset because it wasn't easy or appointments would just double book, but now it's just and easy step and everyone is happy.

Booknetic- Easy to Manage
This is a good and simple to understand, and this is user friendly, they have many updates and provides all time new features.

Great design, exceptional support
Couldn’t wish for more. I was getting beaten out by my competitors, and I was constantly losing appointments due to various bugs in the software I was using. Since I switched to Booknetic, all the issues have been solved, and I have been able to focus on growing my business.
PROSIt has solved all my problems regarding bookings. Now I don’t even need to call the manager to see how many appointments we have, and everything automatically comes to my Google Calendar, I even set up a custom reminder so I don’t miss a single appointment that is happening.
CONSIt took me a bit to adapt to the new design after I switched from the previous one I was using.
Reasons for switching to Booknetic
Intuitive user experience and detailed documentation. They also offered me a custom sandbox version which they set up on my website and I tried it for a week, which solidified my decision.

Really good plugin and support
24/24 appointement, you save time on the phone !
PROSRapidity, css friendly and good design.We can manage everything we want, a lot of options for free.
CONSMaybe a new feature for specific time before an appointement per service and not for all services.Sometimes, a staff member has to preparing more stuff or simply drive more time from his house (for example).

A Great Project with huge potential
For our use case, customer panel where user can change their apt's worked fantastic.
CONSFor our use case; The inability to offer flexible subscription like services (including preset number of apt's), although the regular updates and overall team effort of the devs to add new features might mean we get it sometime in the future. E.G. If a fitness trainer has 3 subscription tiers, and wants to intergrate zoom with a limit of 16 per session the system doesn't regognize this nor gives the option to combine Service sessions or treat them as seperate. Result is that the calendar availability decreases rapidly as different Service tiers book and thus requiring we manually ad the appt's ourselves so the limit of people per session can be reached. Also note that different Staff is required to do so, making it impossible to do that.

Good choice for your business
Booknetic has been my faithful companion for over 4 months, and I can gladly say that it is one of the best investments I have made. This plugin turns tedious booking management into child's play.
PROSFor me, RTL support is really important as I have a lot of Arabic speaking customers. Offering my services in their language helped me gain many loyal customers.
CONSI want to offer a mobile app to my customers, but unfortunately, Booknetic doesn't support this functionality.

Good plugin
I had to get used tot BN but all is well.
PROSIt has a nice clean uncomplicated interface.
CONSAlthough the interface is nice and clean you have to find your way as items are in different locations within the plugin.Booknetic has a lot of useful add-ons which can make it somewhat costly at the end. And it is not very clear what every add-on does exactly. But support is there and is fast.

Booknetic review
You will not feel at the end a big benefit (regarding the price) once you set the sms system you will pay more than 40 usd per month. Actually another systems are offering the whole package for a less value. In spite of this negative point the plugin is well builded and for the most common actions is friendly user.

I chose Booknetic because it had all the features I was looking for in a booking plugin. It also had a lot of positive feedback from other users, which gave me confidence in its quality and reliability.
PROSThe plugin is very powerful and versatile. You can create different types of services, set different prices and durations, and offer discounts and coupons. You can also accept payments online through various methods, such as PayPal, Stripe, or WooCommerce.
CONSThe only downside is that the plugin requires a lot of settings and configurations, which can be overwhelming at first. But once you get the hang of it, it's pretty to use.
