Cogsworth is a cloud-based appointment scheduling solution that helps businesses manage various booking operations and routines.
Cogsworth allows clients to schedule appointments through embeddable online forms. The built-in form builder enables users to customize scheduling forms and collect customer information. APIs are provided to allow users to integrate online forms with existing websites.
Users can set up multiple service duration options and buffer periods, specify minimum notice periods and include various methods for accepting payments. Staff members can be added to the website and assigned to specific services. Users can also view individual staff bookings and create separate logins for members. Additionally, Cogsworth features automatic timezone detection, CSV appointment exports, email follow-ups and integration with Google Calendar, Office 365 and Google Hangouts.
Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via email, skype and livechat.

Just time saving/
I like that it is really easy to sync with gsuite, and lets me just check my google calendar for my appointments booked through cogsworth.
The setup took about 15 min, which I guess isnt that bad in the grand scheme of things, but Im just really time poor.
The video tutorials are great. It is more than just a calendar appointment setter, it allows you to specify your services where clients can specifically book you for them. It's a great small business tool that saves valuable time.
The UI itself is blazing fast and easy to use.
Very hard to come up with dislikes actually. If anything, I am not sure if an upgrade to a pro offers a trial period or if it's an outright upgrade.

Love the product so far - great price for building forms, SMS reminders and email follow-ups. Have enjoyed using the product so far and will continue to use. Customer service has been great too.
Wish it could integrate with more tools such as Zapier but sure there will be more features soon. Not very intuitive at first but can pick up fairly quickly.

Just a tremendous amount of time saved, and efficiency gains.
I love that it actually works and saves me time and gets me appointments. I am on the free plan, contemplating the upgrade which at this stage is a bit expensive, but Boris tells me that new pricing tiers are imminent.
Its still a little new, so features are 90% there. Pricing is the next big thing, but both of these things will be fixed according to the CEO.
