We piloted EZnet Scheduler at one location and quickly integrated company wide. The EZ Net support team has been available to assist or answer every question that has arisen. We do infusion therapy for patients with multiple sclerosis and are able to utilize EZ Net to project our drug ordering and staffing. We have recently implemented customized reports that pulls the data directly from the scheduling software and outputs directly into the report. Our office needed an online scheduler without the billing or Electronic Medical Records functions. This is a very basic but fully functional product. We have been using this product for about two weeks and have found it to be very user-friendly. Set-up and customization was fairly straightforward and easy to accomplish. Creating a new appointment is easy. Searching for an existing appointment is a bit cumbersome, although it isn't a deal breaker. The reports function is very thorough and give the option to export to Excel, a CSV file or Word. I've called tech support on three occasions and have been pleased with the knowledge and response time.
