  • Pros

  • It makes it easy to set up a system and duplicate it without duplicating the effort. It integrates with everything we need it to and it's a fantastic software.
  • Easy to use, clean display, and takes about 10 minutes to teach any of my employees how to do the most important things.
  • Cons

  • Theres a lot of features they're still missing and they do updates every so often but also have some crashes.
  • They are a bit new so every once in a while during an update, certain integrations can mess up temporarily.

  • Open PM is my favorite software, I hope I never have to make another change. Open PM is very user friendly, I have always been very happy with customer service.
  • Love how user friendly and easy to work with it is. Support is always a phone call away.
  • Cons

  • OpenPM staff typically tries to shift blame to my staff - claiming I am not enrolled with insurers, that EDI links have not been set up, that ERA agreements are not in place, etc.
  • As above - simply does not work. I was able to get very few claims through without HOURS of troubleshooting.
