Leadmonk-Not just a booking tool but a full sales team booking tool

PROS

It is easy to use and setup, it works, and it has team functions that make it very easy to setup routing to different teammates as well as tools like round robin routing. Really versatile and easy to use booking solution.

CONS

There is not much to dislike as it does exactly what it says it does.

I like the Leadmonk features for teams and the better mobile experience.

Easy on Budget, Super Rich in Features: Amazing Scheduling Solution

After trialing several tools, I was skeptical. Had a small issue in setting up and reached out to support. They were prompt and knowledgable. I made a couple requests for small improvements, they were done within 24 hours. I was ready to use this right away. I have been using it for several weeks now and I see it growing and improving with every update.

PROS

Easy to use in setting up account, management and defining availability, connecting calendars, setting up paid appointments, customizing meeting landing pages, reminders and notifications. In case you feel stuck, the support is super fast to help out.

CONS

None so far, it keeps getting better with every update.

Reason for choosing Leadmonk

I was looking for a scheduling solution for my team that is professional, easy to use, affordable, scaleable, has good customer support, can integrate with Microsoft 365 platform with Calendar and MS Teams, and has ability to take paid bookings. Leadmonk was the only tool that checked all boxes for me.

Reasons for switching to Leadmonk

Calendly was becoming expensive for our growing team. I found Leadmonk had better features than Calendly for better pricing structure.

Good booking system for small Ceramic studio

If my customers want to come with e.g. 2 people at the same time, there is no option in the widget to book for 2 people at once.

Great for new growing bootstrap teams

The only scheduling software you need, especially if you have reoccurring appointments!

My experience with Leadmonk has been excellent overall. The software is easy to use and has helped me streamline my scheduling processes significantly.

PROS

One of the aspects I appreciate the most about Leadmonk, besides its user-friendliness, is the remarkable team behind it. They not only welcome feedback but also keep updating the scheduling software regularly. The fact that they have a roadmap is impressive. Recently, they added a bundling feature for recurring sessions, which was one of my most sought-after functionalities. I'm eagerly looking forward to seeing what else they have in store!

CONS

To be honest, I couldn't find any cons with Leadmonk. It has been a great experience using the software, and I'm completely satisfied with its features and performance.

Leadmonk is the best

I am very happy with my experience with Leadmonk, and I will continue to use it for my business purposes.

PROS

I like the simplicity of Leadmonk and the free version as well. The most important feature to me is the ability to collection information about my clients while they are scheduling appointments. This is critical.

CONS

The platform has a very simple look. I would recommend improving the visibility of the platform. Too minimalistic.

As competitive as it gets for entry point into Forms, Scheduling, and Payment Ingetration.

PROS

The most competitive application with the amount of feature available. I have searched long and hard to find an app. It's build on a one of the most relevant & responsive architectural stacks available. Built on an excellent software stack (firebase)

CONS

It's a new software so the price reflects that lack of features, customizations. They are responsive though.

The best appointment scheduling tool I have ever used!

PROS

The UI/UX is very good, overall very easy to use tool.

CONS

There is nothing that I didnt like about Leadmonk. The [sensitive content hidden] is very receptive on any feedback.

Very easy to use product

Overall the experience was good. Customer support was great and resolved most of my questions very quickly

Workflow Automation Online Booking Tool

Overall it has been a great experience using Leadmonk. Helping setup booking meetings for my clients has been much easier than other tools.

PROS

What separates Leadmonk from the rest is it's workflow automation. Other booking tools is a headache to setup custom email/sms notifications. I want to notificy my clients when a booking is made and give several reminders with links to important documents and then send a thank you survey after our meeting. Different meeting types need to have different notifications. Leadmonk takes care of that! Also, their customer service is top notch!

CONS

No real cons, just waiting for Pabbly integration.

It's as though they had the customer in mind when they designed it! Imagine that!

Keep my frustration factor down to nothing. Makes it so easy to set up schedule for my podcast guest. Get's the job done in a fine and seamless way.

PROS

Simple put, the ease of use. I tried so many others that only frustrated me, couldn't find my way around or know what's up or down. With leadmonk I was quickly up and running. Truly a user-friendly tool and product.

CONS

Really can't think of anything. Perhaps only that it's too much of a secret.

Easy to use and time saver!

Makes my life so much easier and easy to use for my clients too

PROS

Easy to use and set up, love that you can custom the url link and it makes my life SO much easier to send a link to the client so that they can select they preferred day and time rather than me trying to figure out a time that works for both of us

CONS

Looking forward to connect iCal which is coming soon, would love the option to add unavailable time for a specific day rather than just the full day

Say bye bye to Calendly

It's been great watching this product grow exponentially from the get go.

PROS

The whatsapp integration is a very cool feature that I could not find with other providers.

CONS

Not too many of my customers know about the product so they initially thought that it was a suspicious link. Once they started using it, that perception changed to delight.

The Lead monk team were more open to feedback and act fast on customization requests.

Good general purpose booking software

We use the software for booking events and parent/teacher meetings

PROS

The software integrates easily with our existing calendar system (Google Workspace).Invitations can be distributed to end users as a link - either on our website or emailed out. When emailing the link, we can prefill customer details by embedding data in the url, saving customers time and effort.There is considerable flexibility for different meeting types, which is important for our needs, as we use it both for one-on-one teacher/parent appointments and for scheduling group meetings.The notification and workflow templates are a powerful tool for reminding meeting participants and notifying them of schedule changes. This is a feature we plan to use more in the future.

CONS

The software is fairly new, so still developing and maturing.

Great product to manage you meetings

I am very happy with Leadmonk and continue to refer it people and use it myself

PROS

Before leadmonk i had to schedule all my meetings manually and essentially be my own secretary. Leadmonk's automated scheduling have helped me a lot in making my life better.

CONS

Nothing much in particular. I would love if they can accept Paypal as well.
