I didn't have anything that I disliked about the software.

However, I've stumbled across some hiccups when blocking the day, multiple staffs or blocking a block of a day if I'm not currently on that exact same day.

SalonBiz is overall great to work with, it regularly performs a variety of essential functions and is user friendly.

You are also no longer able to call salonbiz and have them reopen it when there is a ticket error. Therefore, it should allow us to edit tickets right away without having to contact someone.

Program is great for beauty salons only. Specifically developed to help with scheduling process which is great.

I love the format of the program. It’s easy to learn how to use and there a lot of great features to help your salon run smoothly.

I've used software like Millenium, Vagaro and Booker and SalonBiz is by far the worst and most difficult to use. There are so many steps to do a simple task.

It’s hard to edit appointments after they are booked.

This software helps easily make appointments for my clients. Keeps tracks of all future appointments,  making them easily accessible for edit or canceling.

I love the ability to color code my appointments, and personalize notes for each client.

One of the main benefits of this software is that it integrates with Aveda, the product line we use.

You call them and they cant fix it. They have awful customer suport.

Its mobile so you can check on your business while you're running errands. Helps me understand my expenses better.

Our experience is great having customer support at our finger tips 24/7.

My overall experience has been great, I love that I am able to book my clients and suites with ease.

Promotions- Its easy to add a discount code and use the auto discount feature when running certain sales.

Very user friendly, customer support is helpful, multi-functional, effecient.

Staff documentation- There is no where to document an employees timeline such as promotions, write ups, transfers in their file.

I could see where this may be troubling for someone new trying to understand where all features are located. In addition, I feel blocking the schedule has gotten easier.

I HAVE NOTHING BUT LOVE for PEOPLE BEHIND SalonBiz. I have never meet any of them face to face but everyone that I have every encountered has been WONDERFUL.

That being said, their smallest subscription is for 3 users. And it’s on the costly side.

The software needs improvement for mobile use, great for bigger companies not the best for smaller salons. Customer Service is the worst, customer satisfaction is not guaranteed with manager.

I dislike nothing about the software it has helped me for over 2+ years now and I have not had any issues.

We have technical problems with the software at least once a week.

There are hardly any features that differ from any other salon software and they are hard to find and navigate.

Reliable, multi-functional software. A great solution to booking needs for a variety of salons.

I like that I am able to book appointments with clients, as well as find a suite if I am out of town and need a place to work.

I love that SalonBiz is integrated with Aveda which makes ordering easy.

Specially when it comes to lead generation, you can make predefined flows and easily collect lead data and hook it up to some other app with good integrations.

But it was very easy to setup and use alongwith your site. The variety of options are a big advantage.

Honestly, I was kind of amazed when I got the login details for the SMATBOT.

Code standards, bugs are really causing frustration.

I have had an overall excellent experience and like I have already highlighted, I was pretty impressed with the way SMATBOT works and how well it suits the organization's requirements.

Easy to use, fair price, responsive and helpful customer service/sales reps, analytics reporting seems solid.

We love the easy to use and secured which smatbot provides.

Easy to install and set up. Users seem to love it and we get many leads submitted via the chatbot.

Excellant user friendly interface, easy to develop, navigate, customize.

I faced difficulty while setting it up intially, however team helped and troubleshooted.

Response list UI is bad. Difficult to analyze responses from the backend.

SmatBot is very good and competitive to use comparatively from other platforms, with easy templates to start with and customizations according to user-experiences.

I have now taken up a yearly subscription and that I will definitely take up a customized pack for the coming year. The support team is indeed responsive and they are quick and available to assist.

Great pricing for small businesses, I like that they have a fremium model to it. A great way to generate qualified leads.

Price Smatbot is charging is quite reasonable and yes we get value for money.

These are a set of cute animations available. Happy to use the free version to know how worthy the product is.

Most of the time it shows errors due to cache issues or sometimes a few features stopped working.

It is a great to start with at beginning or intermediate level.

I have had a few encounters and I appreciate the urgency with which they took up my matters.

Prices, your prices are crazy that I stopped using it.
