ScheduFlow by Duoserve is a hybrid appointment scheduling solution that helps users create, view and edit schedules in real-time. The solution allows users to set up customized calendar view that helps them to compare days' activities for different people and plan activities for the particular week or month. The solution can be hosted in the cloud or deployed on-premise

ScheduFlow features data entry forms and also allows administrators to set privileges at a user level. It encrypts the communications and interactions via SSL-encryption technology.It also features a carousel card view, which allows users to view schedules in three dimensions. One-time and recurring appointments, customizable timescales and automatic reminders are also offered to the users.

Additionally, ScheduFlow features enterprise-class reporting, appointment templates, pop-up reminders, resource utilization visuals and rescheduling functionalities. Mobile applications for Android and iOS devices are also offered by the solution.

Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via online ticket portal, knowledgebase and FAQs.

    Customer service is great. We have had a few questions or changes . Customer service is always quick to apply our changes

    It's simple to use. Inhave trained several new employees and all of them have picked it up quickly.

    Good for simple scheduling.

    When it works (which is 98% of the time), it works great and takes care of my business needs. But when it was down and I couldn't access my schedule it was extremely stressful.

    Pros

    It is user friendly, It takes care of my small business needs

    Cons

    They DO NOT have 24 hour help. They are in a different time zone than me and if it goes down which it has, 2X I can't access my schedule to know who, when or if a client is coming in. I have to wait for DuoServe to get to work before I can address the problem.

    I have been with Duoserve for 10 years and consider the software a need to my company I could not work without. It keeps me organized and my customer happy with the consistency and speed of the data at my finger tips.

    Pros

    The interface is friendly to use and looks clean and simple. Searching history and future scheduling is simple and fast using a cloud based service. The price is fair and problems are seldom.

    Cons

    The annual renewal process, lacking a mobile version that works similar to the desktop version.

    Reliable visual guide through a full week of appointments week after week.

    Pros

    Reliability, stability, consistency within the parameters it offers which is essential for scheduling.

    Cons

    Can't see 24 hours, can't decide what the colors represent, don't have enough range of colors, can't cut and paste from week to week, can't change the calendar while viewing a report, can't view weekend as part of the week view when needed.

    Scheduflow works well for viewing appointments and keeping track of the schedule. I like the different views available for the schedule and it's very flexible to work with.

    Cons

    I would love to see it become more mobile friendly, with an updated app and appointment text reminders.

    Easy to use labels for specifying appointments, ability to create client accounts in the program, and multi-calendar views make ScheduFlow a great desktop scheduling option.

    Cons

    I wasn't able to find many features in this calendar that aren't already available in other basic calendar programs - Outlook/Google Calendar. Would like to see an easy way to sync the calendar to other devices.

    ScheduFlow is a cloud based software for scheduling staff. It’s very user friendly and the features are exactly what I can really use to schedule staff for my shop. I used the software several ways. I used the software via a colleague’s recommendation. I actively used the tool live at my colleague’s business so I can determine if it fits my needs. After just a week of use, I knew it would be good for my application. I did the trial period and really liked what it can do.

    Cons

    Unfortunately, it was a little pricey for what I need. I already have a Point of Sale system, so I was hoping it can integrate with it, but it’s more of a standalone system. I don’t need a duplicate system, I need something that might enhance what I already have. I would definitely invest if there is a way to seamlessly integrate into my existing POS.

    Affordable and very easy to use Scheduling Tool

    Improved customer service, improved reliability.

    Pros


    When we started using this software we switched from a completely paper-based model. Since we rolled out ScheduFlow for our team, our error rates have dropped dramatically and we have been able to greatly improve our reliability and service to customers.
    The most amazing feature of this software is its ease of use. We have had users with no prior computer experience learn to navigate the software within two days. For this we did not need manuals or documentation, it is so very intuitive to learn. Mobile users needed no more than a 5 minute briefing to start using the tool independently on their mobile devices.
    The user interface is great and highly customisable. We use it for scheduling taxi drivers and their trips and it works very well for us. It is not very pricey if you only need to use it within a relatively small team. I would recommend this tool to anyone who needs to schedule a very small company or project without a huge upfront investment in licenses or training.

    Cons

    The software feels a little bit "work in progress". Certain small glitches could not be resolved by tech support. For example one of my desktop users cannot see whether he sets an appointment at 2 am or pm because the am/pm doesn't show for him. We flagged this 2 months ago and it remains unresolved.
    We have also been having troubles with our license management, although support has always been quick to resolve these, we've had down times of several hours because of it.
    What we also don't enjoy is that there is no local backup of data. So unless you have a very reliable internet connection, you can be unable to see or edit your schedules.

    Very good for organize You own schedule/time management.

    Pros

    This software have a lot of good and useful features. You can manage Your schedule very easy. Extremely useful feature is that you can access it also from your mobile phone.

    Cons

    There is missing option to print your schedule that you made.Also this isn't yet available for MAC and Iphone users.

    I love that we can have multiple attorneys scheduled and viewing separate columns. I love that all employees are able to schedule and it automatically syncs. It is awesome that the attorneys are able to see their individual schedules on the app.

    Cons

    Wish it had a email system so we can electronically remind clients of appointments. Or there was an option to forward a text message to client with appointment details as soon as we enter them on the schedule.

    Quick and efficient. Works perfectly for our business and is easy for our employees to follow. Can trace past reservations very easily too. Have all the emails and contact information.

    Sometimes it goes offline but that is due to where we live in South Lake Tahoe. Other than that no real problems.

    I like it because it's visually similar to Microsoft Outlook Calendar. That is why I love this program because It's easy to use it works well.

    ease of seeing how busy we are on a month to month basis

    Ease of setting cleints up in the system and explaining to users how to schedule their kitchen time.
    Like the fact that we can set up recurring appointments

    Cons

    Not being able to track which licenses are attached to which users. Not MAC friendly is the biggest issues and not knowing who scheduled an appointment when information is incomplete
