ScheduFlow by Duoserve is a hybrid appointment scheduling solution that helps users create, view and edit schedules in real-time. The solution allows users to set up customized calendar view that helps them to compare days' activities for different people and plan activities for the particular week or month. The solution can be hosted in the cloud or deployed on-premise

ScheduFlow features data entry forms and also allows administrators to set privileges at a user level. It encrypts the communications and interactions via SSL-encryption technology.It also features a carousel card view, which allows users to view schedules in three dimensions. One-time and recurring appointments, customizable timescales and automatic reminders are also offered to the users.

Additionally, ScheduFlow features enterprise-class reporting, appointment templates, pop-up reminders, resource utilization visuals and rescheduling functionalities. Mobile applications for Android and iOS devices are also offered by the solution.

Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via online ticket portal, knowledgebase and FAQs.

Pros

Very easy to use and manage. Appointments are easier to keep up with. Simple to change appointments as well. Customer service is GREAT if there is ever an issue. I've had one small issue which was responded to very quickly and resolved in a timely fashion.

Cons

There aren't any cons with this software that I can think of. The price isn't even that bad unless you have a ton of computers.

I like that this software is clean and simple to use, especially on my mobile device. Just a few glitches but there is always room for improvement.

Pros

I use this software through one of my clients as it their preferred software for scheduling. It was super easy and quick to learn, not much training required at all. I like the fact that it is very convenient and simple to use via desktop and mobile device and have noticed that this is the only desktop app that actually works extremely well on my android device without any glitches. You can easily share your contacts info and share appointments also. I also reviewed a free demo before using this software that was step by step simple so this would be great for users that are new beginners who aren't software savvy and also great for advanced users.

Cons

Holiday dates are not automatically uploaded or shown in the calendar. There isn't a "back" button should you make a mistake so you will have to create a new event. I do not pay for the service since I use it through a client but have heard it is a bit higher in cost compared to it's competitors.

We started with the trial version and moved to subscription as we were pretty impressed with the tool. It is easy to use, time and cost efficient and can be accessed on any device effortlessly

Cons

It doesn't send alerts on devices when you are not using it, so you don't get to know of any scheduled appointments, meetings etc

Had a great experience with this software as it helped keep me organized with my scheduling. I love that it works with my mobile device too. Very easy to navigate and a low learning curve. Great value and will fill your needs.

Cons

It's a great value but I wish the price wasn't so high. At the time my company was smaller and it was a stretch to try, but well worth it. Available features and customized reporting could be improved.

We have used it for several years and it does it's job but I still don't understand all it can do.

Great Scheduling for Busineses

I am currently scheduling 4 technicians with ScheduFlow. They are able to check there schedules with there phones and not have to call or stop by the office. If a call comes in while they are in the field, I just add it to there ScheduFlow and they can continue their day. I am able to label there service calls and see exactly what types of work they will be doing that day. It is simple to use but gives so much convenience throughout the day! Also, the Customer Service is outstanding! They get back to within hours not days and just check in with you to make sure everything is going well. This program is worth the try. And you have 30 days FREE to see if it really does work for you. Awesome Software!

Pros

I can have multiple employees all seeing the same schedule screen and be able to make adjustments as needed. Things change very quickly so we needed a program that would allow easy changes to the schedule. We can just click and drag. The customer look up is also very handy to have.

Cons

An address field showing up on the screen would be helpful instead of having to add it in a second time.

We find that we are more efficient and organized using scheduflow. We keep a monitor just for our emails and scheduflow and so at a glance we can see our appointments. It is convenient for us set up appointments every 15 minutes during the tax season. The client database is easy to use and helps the receptionist contact clients in other ways if their home telephone number is not answered. We love the program.

We use Scheduflow at our Law Library to manage schedules for our in-house lawyer. It is perfect for our needs since it does a great job of managing schedules, maintaining notes, and also reports on stats. Additionally, because it is web-based, installation was very simple and the ability to access it anywhere with an internet connection is a plus.

It's available to all my staff, both office users and mobile users, and everyone sees our schedule changes in real time.

Cons

That I can't apply more than one client to an appointment. Sometimes we work with more than one client on a job and if I were able to assign them all I wouldn't have to track it in an additional program, it would be my preference to just have all the information in one place.

Pros

I love how easy it is to use and that you can make it work for how you need it to work. That is what we needed and it is a perfect fit.

Cons

The customer service was not the best in the beginning but it def is much better now.. they prefer you to email instead of call so that is different for me but I am working with it.

The cost! I just needed a simple program and deserve met my needs without charging me a fortune. I checked several programs and the prices were out of my reach for what I needed.

Cons

I wish I could rename the categories. I have users, techs, and categories for the calls. It's not a huge deal but when I have to update something I have to search for which category I put it under.

More organized in our office with schedules

Pros

We can take our schedules anywhere we go. We can color code our appointments and also have multiple calender's.

Cons

When we click on a appointment and when we close it the date changes from 3/12 to 3/13 that is the only problem that we're having a problem with.

Integrates with outlook. Makes it easy to schedule appointments for all staff. Very user friendly. :)

Cons

I wish i would have had more time to implement with our staff for open enrollment this fall. Not a con of the software, just staffing did not make this possible this year. I plan to further work on this for next year.

I miss having a "go back/undo" button. I haven't seen on in this software. I make mistakes and don't like having to worry about everything being perfect before I submit them.
