Setmore is a cloud-based appointment scheduling solution suitable for a variety of business sizes and industries. Key features include an online customer portal for appointment booking, customizable email notifications and staff scheduling.

Setmore allows users to book, manage, analyze and access appointments through an online booking calendar. Clients can use a free customer-facing booking page to see availability and set appointments. Email reminders that go out to clients and staff can be automatically sent out when needed and can also include a custom message. Setmore can be integrated with a variety of social networks, blogging platforms, payment services and more.

Setmore is available for free for teams of up to 20 staff members. Larger teams or users who want more advanced features can purchase a monthly subscription. Android and iOS mobile apps are also available.

The Setmore application gives the users more control over their scheduling. It allows them to coordinate a time based on their availability without negotiating with someone else to secure the best date and time. The payment integration also makes this application a winner.

Cons

At first glance, this application could be mistaken as only useful to those who provide a service such as hair stylists. It requires a little more time and creativity to configure it to be used in other areas. For example, I have used it to schedule reservations for equipment. It was not a very intuitive configuration but in the end it worked.

Stores client contact information, easy to collaborate schedules, allows clients to schedule directly on your calendar.

Cons

You cannot send an invitation to more than one email address, difficult to edit blocked time frames.

Pros

It offers a decent set of customization to suit your companies needs. Fairly simple to use and straight forward.
Our company uses setmore for booking incoming shipments. It's a really alternative if you don't have a lot budget to spend on a scheduling software.

Cons

Biggest disappointment is the lack of API. We use setmore for incoming shipments and have been trying to integrate setmore into our own software. Please add API and I think setmore could be a good challenge to companies like appointment plus. Which offers the same set more feature but cost 10x or 20x more.

Does not allow for client files, notes or intake forms to be stored like other products do now on the market.

Easy way to set up appointments with web visitors. Integrates great with our website.

Pros

Able to have multiple types of appointments and with different people in the company. The set-up was very easy and integrates beautifully with our website.

Cons

No cons at the moment since we are just getting started with the software. Will have to review again, but so far it works great.

I really love this software. It sends beautiful appointment confirmations to my clients, which will allow it to link to their calendar (calendar invitation).

Cons

Maybe allow the choices of providers to say staff or professional. Not everyone is in a "provider" industry

Easy integration with my website, ability to block slots of time.

Pros

Setup and use is pretty straightforward, it integrates well with website, Facebook, calendar, etc. The dashboard has a convenient, slot blocker option that is very handy and the mobile apps get the job done.

Cons

The paid plans were too much for my small needs, I only book a couple of appointments per month, sometimes a whole month will go by without a booking so I couldn't justify the steep subscription price. While the free version worked for a while, I really needed 2 way Google Calendar sync so I switched to a different product that was better for my needs.

Nothing has been worth the hassle. There are so many options in this area that so would encourage you to explore other ones. The first time you have a problem with Setmore, you'll see why.

Cons

Absolutely terrible customer service and I'm being charged YEARS after I quit the service. Today I called early in the day and got disconnected with no call-back. Then I called again and spoke to a woman who said she'd pass the message on but wasn't able to give me an estimated time frame on when I'd hear back from the right department. Currently, I'm chatting with their online support and the guy has literally ghosted me. I'm at the point of disputing the charge with my credit card company and reporting Setmore to the BBB.

I had actually thought of signing up again at one point but my Login no longer worked. Set more provided no help in resetting my login information to allow me access to their product again

I recommendes this at my workplace to be used for booking different healthcare services. So far it worked wonders. We didnt have double bookings (unless deliberately done so lol), we didnt have clashing appointments. And best of all we save a whole lot on diaries and pens. Perfect product.

Pros

This software allows:
1. Unlimited Staff
2. Unlimited Service
3. Color coding of different services
4. Total projected income (if you include cost of services)
5. Calendar View (monthly, weekly, daily), Agenda View
6. Ability to block slots that are not bookable.
7. Set breaks for each staff
8. They offer Free forever and Premium subrscription.

Cons

The only downside of it is that I could not integrate Paypal as my payment method. They offer payment integration for a premium account, I was willing to pay if they had offer Paypal integration. They only offer Stripe integration which is not available in my country.

I like all of the unique customization tweaks you can make. Many of which as a forward thinking tech person, I would not have thought of myself. A great example is being able to add a custom image to a service you offer!

Cons

I'm not sure I understand the paid feature that offers the Setmore call center to call your clients. It's been proven that text and email confirmations and reminders are the best options and most reliable.

Great for scheduling tours for our team members and allowing prospects to schedule online!

Pros

Using the free version of setmore, I'm able to add different staff members and services, availability, etc. I'm also allowed to add custom branding and links that other free options wouldn't offer.

Cons

Setting it up isn't exactly user-friendly and it can be tricky to find all features to utilize. Interface isn't ver intuituve.

I'm pretty surprised by all the functionality that's provided with the free version. It's very easy for people to book appointments and it has lots of versatility.

Cons

I like other plateforms that make it easy to find date and then openings in morning, afternoon, evening more intuitive to how we schedule. Setmore lacks this more intuitive scheduling functionality.

I love the fact that Setmore offers a wide range of features even if you are using the free plan. Key features like the simplicity of the Dashboard, the integration with other apps and the creation of services or products, allow any startup to begin using a tool that will help to look professional and get more conversions.

Setmore allows to have several users in one single account; that is great for small businesses that need to create connections through different channels.

Setmore has a feature to accept cash payments; in my case, this feature is very helpful since most of my customers don't use CC to make payments (they pay cash of via wire transfer). It's also helpful for startups who still aren't able to link the payment process to their bank account or a payment portal. The cash payment feature records the transaction and allows to release an invoice with details.

I love the online scheduling link that is easy to integrate on my website. The system is set up clean and concise.

Cons

I wish that there was an appointment confirmation feature. I am a massage therapist and it really helps to automatically confirm appointments so I dont have to call every time.

I like that it saves automatically so you don't have to keep clicking the save button. It's really easy to schedule different providers for one business. It's easy to use and easy for clients to schedule an appointment.

Cons

There¿s an app. Super easy and fast update schedules and very user friendly. Instantly emails and updates the apps when appointments are made.

Cons

The app doesn¿t update when an appointment is rescheduled. I¿ll think there¿s a massage and it was really rescheduled because it still shows on the app schedule.
