SuperSaaS offers a cloud-based online appointment scheduling tool suitable for businesses of all sizes. Features include integrations with existing websites and Facebook pages, reporting and analytics tools, calendar synchronization and more.

Users can customize page layouts and color schemes, branding and logos, automatic calendar sync settings, confirmation emails and text messages, waiting lists and forms. Access control options, integrated payment and credit options, vouchers and price rules can also be configured to meet user needs.

SuperSaaS is offered in various languages, and payment integrations include PayPal and Stripe. Integration modules for WordPress, Joomla and Drupal are available, and the schedule can also be used as a standalone web page. Calendar integrations include Google Calendar, Outlook and iCal.

Pricing is per user per month. A free version of the software is also available. Support is provided through an online knowledge base.

Great Product User Friendly

We are a new business that has 5 Simulator booths that are bookable by the hour, creating recourse's took minutes and I was able to take bookings right away! This gave me time to set up everything else in SuperSaaS , I love the ease with the connection of PayPal. Thank you SuperSaas.

Pros

This product makes it so easy to use, the instructions on how to set up are easy to follow and understand.
What I like the most is how user friendly it is.

extraordinary flexible system with low price

I really appriciate that we can change version of subscription - our business is seasonal and we can downgrade or upgrade version according to our needs.

Pros

Booking system has a lot of options how you can make setup according to our business processes. I appreciate that SuperSaaS is part of Integromat and Zapier which allows smooth integration between various systems.

Cons

I really did not find anything which bother me, when I did not understand something, the customer support is always ready to help.

Look no further, this is the best!

I have used this for 2 different business nees, 1 is a studetn booking system to allow University students to book an appointmant with a techncian, the otyher is in a Tattoo parlour to book an appointment for a tattoo. In both cases the systems works brilliantly.

Pros

This is the best appointment software I found after trying 5 others, it can do almost anything you could want, and the guys in support are quick and helpful, it's even free if you don't have that many appointments.

Cons

As it can do so much it does take a little while to figure out how to set it up, but it is well worth the time..

Excellent all-in-one scheduling/appointment/reservation system, lots of features and settings

It has made it possible to share limited equipment fairly with hundreds of students. I also like that for each reservation page we can have different settings. So on laser cutters we set limits on the number of reservations per week and how long each reservation can be. While on the water jet cutter each reservation is much longer and they can book twice as many days in advance. It also has a waiting list feature which is useful for booking field trips. I like that it sends email reminders, we use this to ask students to cancel if they can no longer go so other can go on the field trip.

Pros

Very configurable, yet human readable. We evaluated other software and found they lacked easy to read settings. With SuperSaaS, you can just read a sentence in the settings page and understand what it will do. With other software you have to look up in a help/knowledge base what a toggle will do. It is clear that the designers of this software wanted to create a flexible tool that was good at a certain feature set. Also the technical support is very responsive. Within the same day I will usually get a reply from their team, often it feels from one of their programmers. This is different than other calendar systems which may reply even faster, but it is not a useful reply if coming from a level 1 tech support. With SuperSaas it does not feel like there are levels of tech support, just the fastest possible clear answer/resolution!

Cons

The interface looks like an old version of Google Calendar. I often have to tell people that while it looks like Google Calendar, it is not, and that it has many powerful features. The interface could be updated to be more modern. I know that they have updated the interface once before because in the settings there is a "classic or modern" toggle. I am already using the modern interface option but it looks very old.

Thanks for the great review! I agree that even the "Modern" look was starting to get a bit long in the teeth, so we just added a new theme last week that refreshes all buttons and dialog boxes. A larger update for the calendar is planned for next year.

Solid workhorse but not friendly for admin or users

SuperSaas took over from a manual calendar and was a great leap forward. It's failed to keep up with advancements in web user friendliness and looks but we have managed to set up our pricing structure using 23 rules by grouping customers. To group the customers we had to access each one individually...

Pros

It does the job solidly and doesn't promise beyond what it can deliver.
If you are willing to put the effort in it is pretty flexible.
Fair pricing.

Cons

It looks awful - a recent refresh helped a tiny bit.
No bulk editing of customers - so a change can require accessing hundreds of customers individually.
Occasionally confusing language - eg the use of the word credit (it seems to me) to describe both money paid in advance and the value of bookings allowed to be made on tick.
Glacial development pace, but at least there is development.

Supersaas Schedule Tool

This saves us SO MUCH TIME by having client make, change, delete their own appointments. I can't imagine doing this scheduling myself as a volunteer. I'd have NO time for anything else. The price is reasonable enough that our non-profit can use it--thankfully. Another group at our animal shelter is using it now also. :)

Pros

I love that people can make their own appointments for our spay/neuter clinic without having to call us to do it for them (unless they don't have a computer). I like that I'm able to download clients so I can email them as a group.

Cons

The software is not intuitive for some people. I'm used to it now, so it's not a big deal. One thing that is awkward is when I need to change an appointment that contains a form. I have to save the change and then go to the appt again to change and save the form. People complain because they don't notice that a slot is full by the different color; but really, I'm not sure you can do much to help the 20% who don't get it.

Vehicle Scheduling

Benefits for my organization is allowing multiple nesting organizations plan events together. Each knows in advance when the other needs particular vehicles and they work out one-on-one how to handle it or make plans on their own for other transportation options. There has been a lot less conflict.

Pros

Price is reasonable for a small non profit.
Works for multiple users and they like seeing what is reserved ahead of time

Cons

It is not intuitive. That has been the hardest thing for new users. It is also frustrating for me, the administrator. All the information is there but since it is not used regularly I have to hunt it down and figure it out every time I re-use something.

Happy with the experience. would like it to be a little more user friendly but I have figured it out well and like it now.

Pros

It can be accessed from anywhere and anything. I do like that you can block personal information very easily and that it is easy to navigate day to day. Most changes are easy to make once you can navigate through the system.

Cons

The mobile version seems to be very confusing for people. I have clients calling in all the time confused of how their booking is going to fit in to the schedule and it just seems to be hard for them. I am always using it from a compute so don't always see the issue. Mobile version needs to improve.

My experience with Supersaas

I am not happy that my system deleted all of the appointments I had on there that were older than 2 months and that support was unable to restore the deleted appts.

Pros

I like that it’s easy to use and that my clients can create a login and book appts for themselves.

Cons

I think it could look better and that the UI could use an update to be more inline with what users expect to see in 2018.

SuperSaas is Better than 10to8-Hands Down!

Giving the customers the ability to pay during the booking process or pay later at the beginning of the course has definitely increased my revenue. Once I fully customized my calendars with my pictures and icons, my customers don't even realize they are leaving my website when they look at the schedule!

Pros

The ability to request payment from customers, but also give them the option to pay later.
Multiple calendars for different types of services.
The ability to add your own pictures and icons.

Cons

It is little difficult to create a course or class that meets over a period of weeks. For example, a course that meets for 1 hour per week for 6 weeks is listed on the calendar for all 6 weeks. I allow my clients to book from my website and it took a little creativity to make sure they choose the first session instead of any of the other 5. I also wish the SuperSaas software would allow me to select an existing client from a client list when they wish to schedule an appointment.

It's very affordable and versatile and perfect for my business. I really like supersaas!

Pros

It's easy to book. I get emails for reservations, reminders etc. It integrates well with Paypal. It's super affordable.

Cons

I would like it if we could use a promo code with class packages. I wish the reports were more detailed so I can look closer at users and trends. I wish I could customize more features a little bit more.

Lots of Functionality

It's been pretty good so far. I haven't implemented it fully yet, but from all the testing I've done for an adventure company and a driving school it's met my needs.

Pros

I liked that it was able to do everything that I've required of it (so far). The customer support was very nice and timely as well.

It's not very intuitive to navigate and the interface could definitely use a facelift.

The best of the best

It's been great! No hiccups. Solid and reliable. I have never had problems with it not working. I currently just give all my clients the link to my scheduler and everything else (including a contract) is all automated.

Pros

I demoed dozens of scheduling apps before finally going with Supersaas. There seemed to be a lot of apps that seemed great on the surface, but once I got deeper, there would be important features missing. Supersaas was the only one that gave me the flexibility I needed and at a surprisingly affordable cost. I have now used it reliably for over 5 years and it has been great.

Cons

I wish the user interface for mobile gave clients a week's view. Along with the other many options it gives clients. However, the large majority of my clients are just fine with how it is.

It would be nice to have a few more options for superusers.

Schedule for Club in a retirement community

Our club needs to schedule numerous room and equipment. Members "Checkout" equipment for time slots and the Studio is scheduled in time slots as well. The reception desk, we call it monitoring, requirement 2 volunteers each morning and afternoon. We also plan to use it for classes & workshop as well as club events. SuperSaas has options that allow all of these to be done. And it has a lot of options to customize the experience and flow.

Pros

SuperSaas was feature rich with numerous controls to customize the calendars and user interface. The support group was very responsive. SuperSaas was one of the very few (3) product that was able to almost everything that we needed.

Cons

1)I would more and better reporting or more options to access data in the system.

2) I would like a way, on a date range basic, to change open hours and days. We have members that schedule rooms and equipment into the future. Essentially winter and summer hours on a single schedule.

Having different schedules for different events works very well for us as well as the two accounts that are all linked to one.

Cons

I wish when you had a separate schedule on the same account you could have specific settings for that and not just the whole account (like how to login for one schedule could be specific email domain and then another schedule on another account could be login by upload settings like that would be helpful)

Professional and Easy to Use

Our clients are full time working parents, they don't always have the availability during our opening hours to come in and register their children. This made us look really good!

Pros

So easy to set up my account and my calendars. Our clients were overjoyed to be able to schedule online and the payment links were easy to configure. The software works when we are not working!

Cons

I loved this software. Only thing I might change would be a way to schedule months at a time. You probably can, i just didn't figure that part out.
