Yocale is a cloud-based appointment scheduling solution for small and midsize service providers. It is used by businesses in a wide range of industries, from health and beauty to automotive and legal services.

Yocale offers online booking, with different options for allowing clients to either book directly through the app or request an appointment time. Notifications are sent to providers any time an appointment is booked, cancelled or changed online.

Customer alerts are also sent to avoid no-shows. The scheduler offers multiple staff calendars and can sync with external calendars to avoid double booking.

Users can create a profile page their location, customer reviews and staff profiles, and it is automatically search engine optimized. Customer management features include a client dashboard and individual client profiles.

Yocale offers native mobile apps for iOS and Android. It offers support via email and phone.

IT IS PAINFULLY SLOW TO LOAD AND TO SHOW YOU THE CALENDAR.

Pros

The ease of use and clarity provided through various options for example colour coding of services.

Cons

The inability at this point to search clients by dependants is somewhat frustrating to work around but they are working on this we have been told.
