We are enabling our staff to be able to spend less time on quantification and more time on the analysis and insight pieces of cost planning, the value add section.

I could not figure out how to do a negative measure, this could be down to training though.

The AI function is very hit and miss on the particular drawings we use, which are full of info. I generally don't use any AI function.

Very bad and spent a day and did not produce a day's worth of measurements.

Even without the AI features this is a huge time saving win.

The software is really user-friendly, everything is easy to pick up and work with. Customer service is really responsive when you do have queries.

I like how easy the software is to use, no real training require for the basic functions. The AI feature is also very good for the floor plan measures.

Is a great help and answers questions promptly.

I liked how easy it was to takeoff drawings and how the customer support was so responsive when i needed help.

Overall Kreo has allowed me to see that 2D measurement can be made quicker and more effective through the use of AI and a user-friendly interface.

I like the integration of uploading PDFs and drawing on them and exporting those drawings. Also being able to measure and that measurement filling in a spreadsheet is excellent, saves so much time.

Other software such as cost-x is a lot more advanced in this realm. Also axonometric drawings for walls off 2d plans would be very beneficial.

Also has access to a robust user create digital warehouse and integration with Google Maps.

I love that Sketchup is integrated into other design software.

Good software very easy to use and not very expensive I love using this software.

Great value for money, you can do so many designs with it.

Cons; moving objects can be a little difficult to toggle. It's hard to easily connect different points.

I have so much fun with this program. It helps me to create visualizations of gallery spaces and design projects, which helps to generate interest for the projects.

Occasionally lacking tools for troubleshooting designs. Some export options are limited and require searching for plugins.

The best part about SketchUp is that you can accomplish a lot with the free version.

Additionally, Sketchup’s openness to new users is amazing. They have a free version which is still very powerful as well as numerous helpful training courses for users to explore.

Ease of drawing, extremely intuitive, many plugins to extend functionality, imports dwg files.

Limited sketchup library needs to be upgraded or added more often.

If you are using SketchUp for 3d models and building plan it’s a great software, and i find this too much user friendly and as easy as MS paint.

Occasionally I get stuck from a line that hasn’t been drawn on the same plane and it makes closing a surface area or project section out.

Freedom of creation stands out, in addition to having easy to understand tools and also its variety of options available in the community.

It is super easy to do good things with Sketchup: you don't need to be a CAD profesionnal to use it.

What I enjoy most of this program, is the realistic view.

Very easy to setup and free for schools. There is now a web based version optimized for Google Chrome browser and integrates with Gsuite.

Like SketchUp free can be used for free while SketchUp Pro has pricing.

Has an awesome community of users and developers that make it even greater (with their extensions). Been using it for more than 10+ years.

It has some Trouble One of that, An Obejct should Be GROUP before make Another object On that If not When Move an object Everything will Stretch and Collapse.

I liked the idea of SketchUp. It looked like a really cool design tool, I liked that it was free for schools and that it worked on Chromebooks.

Fair but needs more improvements for user experience and be more competitive.

This can be frustrating which is why a warning feature would be appreciated for this type of issue.

For example the 3D Text tool. You have it in both versions but the online one can't use personalized type fonts, so you are restricted to use only 5 or 6 predefined type fonts.

Excellent 3D modeling software. Fairly straightforward to use and the marketplace is very easy to use and has some fun additions to the design to make the model look more realistic.
