EXCELLENT full-featured Fundraising Platform
I could not be happier with my choice to use the BetterWorld platform for our fundraising activities.
PROSI have used other fundraising platforms and by far, the BetterWorld platform is the best. They have considered all of the factors required to have a successful fundraising event and built that functionality into the product. It was easy to setup and manage and their customer service response time is always within a couple of minutes.
CONSI have not encountered any problems or issues at all.

We love Betterworld!
Excellent -we have had no challenges using Betterworld and the support team has always been there with answers on the same day.
PROSWe most like how easy it is to use and the features that help us manage our donors.
CONSWe have no cons - it was priced rigth and the customer service is very good.

Totally Failed Us in the Most Critical Moment of Our Year
Awful. It is well-intended by very poorly executed.
PROSThe interface looks good enough, albeit somewhat dated. The BetterWorld items you can add to auctions are great, and I also like how I can list things we do and allow people to donate toward that specific cause.
CONSIt didn't work. We hinged a lot of our fundraising strategy on our silent auction, but when we got to our event, most people couldn't bid. They instead got a message that they needed to accept terms and conditions, but there was no clear way to do that. We ended up having to do a messy hybrid of online and in-person bids, but this put our online bidders at a severe disadvantage. BetterWorld's ineptitude cost us a lot of money and was easily the worst part of our event. Stay away.

Great Platform for Event Management
The interface is easy to navigate and there is a full range of functionality.
CONSSome functions are clunky or non-existent - the platform still needs development to be as responsive and intuitive as it could be.

So so easy
I have used another site for an online auction and it was so complicated that it frequently brought me to tears. Better World is so easy you can jump right in with no training and set up your site.
CONSI wish I could change the colors on my home page
