Bidders are notified when they are out-bid which I think helped us to raise record amounts with this auction the past two years we have used ClickBid. Their customer service is great-- they have a dedicated staff member assigned to you for the duration of your contract and for the day of your event at no extra charge. They also have a live chat feature for any questions. #### Cons Their software is outdated, and several of its features are not very customizable and are limited. Event Central does a decent job of this, but in a high stress situation where several items are closing at the same time, there seems to be no way to avoid the clutter and confusion. Sometimes the questions I asked in chat were not really answered - I just kind of got an answer for a different question.
