There are some limitations to what you can do and it is sometimes hard to find assistance for problems.

I had great experience with the customer service.

They are a French based company so sometimes the accents can be difficult to understand especially in the tutorial videos.

These courses have also allowed our clients to revisit material that they might have forgotten once their program is completed.

Every day we save time and money thanks for 360 Learning. We have a better tracking of the trained employees and the employees who have to be trained.

I particularly appreciated this platform for the ease of creation of modules, training courses.

For example, if a program session ends before someone has completed the courses, there's no turning it back on.

I have been using it for only 6 months but I like is the great technical support that I got from their team. They guide me precisely and resolved the problem.

It´s a very friendly platform. However, to give a better view on this functionality I need  more time using it.

Sometimes you just need to speak to the expert. The immediate saving, meaning if you erase a programme by error, there's no way back.

Overall good experience so far. Users have found it easy to use and this is helping to scale our training and onboarding big time.

They thought about all possible options. They customer support is amazing.

My suggestion is to provide additional training to the call in tech support staff. On several occasions I have (in frustration) diagnosed an issue and asked for the ticket to be written as such.

The staff has been very helpful and always a pleasure to speak with. Anytime I have an issue it gets resolved while I am on the phone and within that day.

The support team has worked with us to customize certain forms and reports on the program. They have been very helpful in making us a successful safety management company.

You can send inspections from anywhere and the interface is easy to use.

Because I could not modify the category title, terminology interpretation was a struggle.

I like the tracking and trending capability of the software. I also like the ability to set up reoccuring schedules.

We have loaded it with thousands of machines and tens of thousands of pictures. This program is amazing for keeping track of assets and their safety status.

This helps fast-track our certifications and gives our inspectors an excellent tool to assist them and us in giving everyone up to date info on our equipment.

I love the product and its functionalities!!! I am confident it will become part of our business platform once we get past the learning curve and become proficient with the software.

The lockout forms have the pictures on them, but they are fairly small and can be hard to see. Pictures also have to be kept to a small data size, or the lockout forms take quite  a while to load.

The Customer service is excellent, they do a great job of figuring out what I am trying to do and very patient in showing me how to do it.

I have had trouble with audits not saving after this has happened, and have had to go back and recreate an audit on a new form.

The experience has been great. The software is really easy to use and my mechanics seem to like the interface a lot.

The way of Safety control must be effective and easy to use. With Field iD both requirements are satisfied.

The ability to be able to correct this error by attaching the event to the appropriate asset has been a godsend.

It's simply a really great tool that keeps improving. Great for our needs here in Arlington - Environmental Compliance.
