We have an enjoyed an excellent experience with SiteDocs the app and the staff members. It has helped us in a very large way, to complete and track paperwork.
We are a cabinet manufacturer as well as installer and with this app we are able to cover all of our locations, whether it is the work shop, showroom or customer job sites.
As a COR certified business we have many requirements to achieve in order to retain our certification, this means paperwork, paperwork and more paperwork. This app has monumentally reduced the amount of paper we are using. We have found that the paperwork is being filled out more consistently because everyone has a phone or tablet to use. The majority of people today are very attached to their phones and so filling out the forms on the app is not a hardship.
Tracking is more efficient as we can do it from the desktop search rather than leafing through a lot of papers and then nagging employees to fill the papers out.
The customer service is excellent! Within a very short period of time we receive and email acknowledging the receipt of our question and we've never waited more that 24 hours for a response. We can receive the info by email or SiteDocs will call and walk us through. SiteDocs staff are very flexible, eager and knowledgeable in helping make everything fit to the company's needs. They check in periodically even if we are using the app regularly and not having issues.
I wish there was a calendar to put in all of our jobs. I wish there was a reminder for forms that are done daily. I need to learn more about exporting the files. I would like to use this feature to complete my yearly audit in a paperless way.
