Price system it's too confusing,  It is very difficult to figure out how much will cost you as you are not sure at beginning how much storage you need.

A help desk person can get this product going in a few minutes. It's very straightforward and runs on whatever schedule you set it up for.

Though I haven't used it much but still it is a good option to go with. Stable connection and good backup storage makes a great deal.

It is very easy to deal with. So you are getting the best quality for less money and protects you date like its very own.

It offers excellent product functionality and strong performance. It even offers the finest security since in the case of a virus attack in a production environment, the backup is unaffected.

Also they provide with some great features and servers. Very easy to understand the product and good user interface.

What I love is that it supports multiple languages and servers. I was also very surprised with how well integrated it is with Linux.

I find the software quite intuitive in configuring workloads, All the options to configure settings directly are there and easy to use. Setting up workloads is easy also.

Microsoft is very reliable and I trust them to protect my company's data.

Want an easy to use backup with a ton of features, the Azure backup should be your choice.

Its a good solution, the features are provided that most every business needs and wants. The ability to get reports and remote confirmation of backups almost in real time is great.

Offering a business-critical platform to our clients creates a big worry for their data. With Azure Backup we don't have to worry about losing the client data.

Costumer service and support is annoying , the way you have to logging with Microsoft account is annoying too.

There are many instances when i try to trigger the backups and got API errors which is strange when product is in production.

I have no negative points regarding Microsoft Azure Backup.

So I found that the small amount of time I tried using the software by Microsoft was a bit confusing in one way or another.

Nice having the safety of the cloud when you have a crash and need to recover quickly. The ui is nice and has the backing of Microsoft.

Azure works so well within the Microsoft world, it seamlessly integrates with most Microsoft applications.

Very good and cost-effective solutions We used  Azure backup for the backing up on-premise data in cloud.

It is setup quickly and up and running in less than 2 hours. It is easy to administrate and also very easy to use on a daily basis.

We have had a very positive experience with the tool. The ability to integrate with multiple virtualization platforms and manage all of them in the same way has been really great.

Our interaction with support has been wonderful. They periodically contact us to see how things are running and they answer any questions and resolve any issues we may have.

There is one of our VMs that the Cohesity could not index, so we're forced to leave it unindexed.

Cohesity is an amazing platform that greatly reduced out data management and backup footprint. I really like the ease of use and ability to have one place to go for all of our data protections needs.

Cohesity has been excellent to work with. The local team is always helpful and responsive, support is excellent, and the product exceeds all expectations.

I don't agree with their method of releasing updates or the lack of a notification system regarding those updates.

Also, it is a compact four node system and has integration with several other vendors like VMware , AWS, Azure etc.

Cohesity has allowed us to move to a global backup platform that has modern cloud based capabilities, enabling a more flexible and cost efficient architecture.

My biggest complaint is, there is no Cohesity sponsored user training. Many other software businesses offer some user training.

Unfortunately, it often happens that bugs are delivered with updates.

Cohesity was for us the perfect solution in providing back-up as a service to our customers. It is easy to scale, easy to configure and very easy to manage.

Additional analytics on data, combined with a great scalable solutions gives  everything needed for solving secondary storage challenges.

Great data protection and is very quick to recover files.

No centralized credential manager. No global options for backup exclusions - have to manually set options for each policy you create.

Ability to centrally manage and assign storage shares has been a great addition.

And the setup and install of Cohesity was seamless. Choesity support is one of the best support teams.

At first some of the features were missing that other vendors were already offering but Cohesity have caught up.

Application backups (Exchange, SQL, AD) will all require an agent and the agent management is very poor in my opinion.

Being able to centrally manage and protect our data, as well as the advanced security features to protect from ransomware attack, helps us all sleep better at night.

We had issues deployment but that was related to the servers. But cohesity support was very helpful and did a great job.

Cohesity has been very easy to install with an intuitive interface. The development team is adding new features and growing capabilities.

It did so without any issues (even on the virtual edition). The elastic search functionality is impressive and really helps us locate everything we need quickly.

Cohesity has been a quick and easy win for our department. Setup and installation was quick and we were able to start backing up our VMs and legacy NAS devices.

The overall experience has been great so far. We were able to get multiple admins up to speed how how to recover files and databases with ease.

The ease of back-ups combined with good support and innovation to allow for multiple use cases than just backups.

Their support team started very small and I usually got the same 2 or 3 customer service reps. Now they are much larger but I still get the 1-on-1 attention I need from their team.
