It started out as a good product but has become better and better with the last few upgrades.

One of the customer rep's knowledge of ACOM products is outstanding and has made my learning experience easy.

Customer was very responsive and knowledgeable as usual.

The software is user friendly and easy to manage. I like that we were able to upgrade for no cost when we went from EZ Pay Manager to EZ Pay Suite.

It's easy to use and makes check printing fast and easy. Great customer service with prompt answers and solutions.

Ease of use and reliability - the product is crucial to our shipping product and reliability is important.

Ease of Use, integrated with our accounting package easily,  easy multi-company usage can use any check stock.

Twice I brought up a deficiency in the software and I was told it a request would be submitted to correct it but the problem would not be fixed till the next release.

I appreciate that it does quicken the overall process and facilitates better internal controls for the AP process.

Ugly interface, difficult to navigate settings. Crash prone when checkbook settings need to be changed.

We use the software to print checks and have received a very reliable service and products. We are expanding the services with this company based on the trust and the good services that they provide.

Have to use a physical key to switch between print makes it difficult first thing in the morning. If FTP is turned on the printer it will print crazy symbols first time when we turn on the printer.

The software is fantastic and will allow our company to much better serve our customers.

The cost is probably the biggest Pro. We also like the ease of use, but in the setup and in the document retrieval.

Ease and speed of use, it doesn't take very long at all to launch and response times are excellent. The tech on the other end was very knowledgeable and we got the issue resolves quickly.

The software is easy to use with seamless integration with the I -Series spool files.

The only con that I can think of and probably from my lack of using the product and not understanding how it is constructed. Seems that vendor has to make changes to the images that the company uses.

Alessa is an excellent tool which has made its name in the Financial industry as an all-encompassing Anti-Money Laundering solution.

What I loved about the company is that it has strong culture with great values. The company takes effort to discuss with employees their personal as well professional challenges.

Sometimes is moves a bit slow and presents with error messages. I have reported this on many occasions.

Some faults in sending over files and them getting uploaded but some details missing. Does not have Regulatory Reporting yet.
