Some integrations don't have well-explained documentation

Albato has an intuitive UI which creates for an enjoyable UX. Their support team answers requests thoroughly and their documentation is well established. They are quick to respond for integration requests as well. There is a high level of visibility into automations, logs, and processes.

The system does not have as many pre-built application integrations as competitors.

I was able to handle the basics immediately (without reading the documentation), so I find the platform quite intuitive and to the point.For a more advanced use case and to solve some errors, I had to contact the support through chat, where I got a reply within a few hours. It was quick and helpful. The agent made a follow-up being really proactive until totally solved. So, I had a great experience so far on that end too.

The tool offers advanced multi-steps and formatting options, making it in that regards an excellent alternative to Zapier.As usual, when it comes to new businesses emerging in that field, it's hard to be competitive from the get-go with the enormous catalog of integrations from the established giants, but it's already quite mature. And new integrations are being added frequently. (You can follow and vote on those through their roadmap).They also recently enabled a marketplace where you can find community-based automation and ideas to duplicate and customize on your own.Here are a few things to be aware of:1) The plans are based on operations, which can burn quite quickly if you are seeking to deal with API doing calls every 1 minute (it's better to use webhook when possible).2) They also have an "App Integrator" to add your own (missing) app, which is great, but may require to be a bit more technical to handle the process.

The list of integrations/apps remains quite modest in comparison to Zapier and the like.It can feel a bit more challenging for non-technical people.

I like to consider myself a techy, and I found it hard to get the automations configured. I ended up hiring an expert to get them going, and they had difficulty as well. Maybe it was the wrong hire, I don't know. I reached out to support, and they were able to help me with the rest of the configuration.

Pricing - hard to complain when it was a one-time purchase as opposed to other platforms with monthly fees.

I found the interface really complicated, especially when compared to Zapier - when I was trying to recreate the zaps here.

A lot of intergrations with almost all of the big brand name software. I'm mainly using it to automate Toggl Track data into Google sheets for our agency. It gathers all the data in one sheet and from there we bill the client. Also using it to use a webhook after a submitted Aidaform. They made it very easy to set this up with clear documentation.

I have german billing software, it would be nice to have intergrated with that.

If you are a beginner who is not very good at API integration, then Albato is perfect for you. You can see every step in its academy, which allows you to gradually get started. Although it may not have as many integrated software options, you can customize and use webhooks, and it is also a no-code software. The biggest advantage is that it is the cheapest among similar software. I recommend giving this software a try.

Without any knowledge of programming code you can connect to different services in a couple of minutes. The interface is very nice and there is documentation. And also there are already templates for frequently used integrations with services. The support team is quick to respond and help with all questions.

I didn't find any obvious disadvantages, there is a little confusion when setting up the integration with the pop-up window, but it's not critical for me

Albato is quite cheap , alternative for developer who use API integrator like zap alot.6 Months using it, on facebook group there's community that also update about Albato itself.The Roadmap is running well, some of my vote got published yet.

each operation is count as credit point, but the subscription give generous limit, so no worry about the operation cost.last year there's no learning program, but now on June 2023, Albato create Academy that can access free, so we can learn and maximize it for automation

We like the simplicity of the software and the number of apps already connected ready to use.

No cons, works as expected and no technical issues so far.

UI is beautifully designed. and it's very intuitive. Large App Library. Custom app integration for apps that haven't been added to the library yet.

It's got a bit of a learning curve. it takes a little bit time to get familiar with.

Pretty good experience overall, its one of those business that you get what you pay for, you want some help and hand holding while setting up all the automations and then you just come up every other month to check that everything is running fine and tweak things, its pretty sturdy drop in and let it run system.

All the integrations, its a pretty seamless system that just works, its very similar with iffft or zapier but i guess with a bigger focus on fringe systems, so it makes it much better if you want to connect new services. Also i was surprised by the quality of support, i found a issue with their system and they acknowledge the issue and push a fix and contact me the next day to troubleshoot and make sure everything was running as i wanted.

Its a fairly new company at this time, so with every new company there is the risk that things break apart more easily, besides that it still lacks some features, but as i can see on their roadmap all of these are on the plan and as of now it is fulfilling all my needs.

What I like about Albato is that it is super easy to start your automation and connect all your applications. In few minutes, you can start your automation. It is very easy & userfriendly, plus the documentation is great when you need a little help.

Some integration are missing but the team behind it are adding more and more so I think it will be a question of time before it reach the level of integration of their biggest competitors.

I have been looking for a Zapier alternative for a while... and I found a solid solution in Albato! It has all (but one) platforms that I use for my company so I can connect them together to transfer data. Easy setup, intuitive interface, saves hours of back-and-forth from data transfer.

I'm no stranger to connecting apps and software to help automate and simplify running my business; I've used Zapier and Pabbly and now I've come across Albato and to me it seems to be one of the most easiest services to use to get the job done. I was able to get set up within minutes and have my first "operation" or task automated without even having to follow a tutorial. This means a lot to me. I don't want to have to spend valuable time "coding" or learning complicated ways to simplify my work load! I think the ease of use, the fresh user interface and the functions are the absolute best here with Albato. I like that I can create several API connections with the same service but using different accounts. For example, I have a MailerLite account, and so does my partner, and they are different. I was able to add them both and name them separately and so I can build one workflow for me and then another one for my partner all within the same Albato account -- again, ease of use! This is such a stable and reliable service and I can only see it getting better and better with more and more integrations.

There's really not much I can say that I didn't like about Albato. I guess the one thing that I'm looking forward to is the expanding of 3rd party integrations, adding to the already vast library of integrations.

Our business used to collect data from a variety of sources, and was primarily using Zapier and other gerry-rigged solutions to get it all together and coherent. With Zapier's 100% increase in price, and their excessive limitations of how many tasks can be processed, we started looking for alternatives.We came across Albato via AppSumo awhile ago and saw the potential. We didn't jump right in though as we were still using Zapier to do many of our tasks. Once we got our feet wet with getting some of the processes moved over and working as we wanted them to, we've never looked back.Albato is now the only software we use to manage, manipulate, move and migrate our data from the varied sources we collect it from.

The things I like the most about Albato are:a. Flexibility - we can build connections and processes the way we want with the flexibility to fit our businessb. Automation - this is kind of a no brainer, but the less we have to do manually the better and it also ensures a consistent and efficient data management planc. Breadth of options - while Zapier may tout the fact they have 5000+ apps available, Albato probably has the same just by using open APIs and the ability to build your own automations

While I really enjoy the software, the main thing that is a slight barrier is the learning curve - it's not as intuitive as other software, but this comes from the power it offers. Out of the box, you'll need to learn the terms and having a basic understanding of how APIs work and connect is helpful. They have recently upgraded all the tutorials, so this is becoming less of an issue

Most of the automation software & Saas systems are not cost-effective or a bit tough initially. But Albato is very to use & they launch a course module to understand the overall platform at basic & advanced levels. It will be a very good thing for new users.

The Simple Interface & Easy to Use features are what I like the most about Albato. They hear their customer feedback & improvised accordingly. Since the last launch on Appsumo platfrom, they have improved a lot in terms of adding the new application & it's beneficial for setup the automation workflows. The value against the cost is much higher with albato and that why purchase it & giving the opportunity to the platform.

Adding application frequency is a little bit on the slower side & the internal function of the application is not much as of now. Looking to improve this function soon & some the important application is still missing from the platform.
