I use Form Director to automate my appointment scheduling workflow. I enjoy the feature that allows me to automatically add new guests to my calendar events as soon as they fill my Google Form questionnaire. The email notification I get after each successful entry is also very thoughtful and helpful.

Cons:

I am still exploring the tool, so far, I haven't found a bug or a feature I don't like.

The Most important feature I liked about the Form Director is the Integration between multiple applications, Our communications mostly rely on the Google apps.

Cons:

Apart from the Google apps, we mostly use WhatsApp handle for our official Communications, The one feature we are looking for is integration between Google apps such as Gmail, calendar, drive etc. with WhatsApp. This is not the least like about Form Director, Still, we want to highlight this requirement so you can think of adding this feature in the near future.
