We are thrilled with form Director and the ease with which it is used.

Form Director allows us to integrate our forms with Slack email and document creation. It handles form attachments well and has allowed us to automate many things which used to take our administrative team a lot of time.

Not much. Sometimes it loads slowly. Perhaps I’d like an updated interface.

A little confusing to create a document via form.director

This has been such a time saver for my application process. Usually I am making paper applications that include recommendation forms that must be completed by a teacher. Not only has Form Director cut down on my use of paper, but in one action the students selected the teacher to fill out the recommendation & an email was automatically sent with the recommendation form to that teacher! Now I have all of my applications and recommendations together in my Google drive.

Form Director has made the task of collecting applications so much more effective. This has saved time by automatically sending an attachment based on selections within the form. I am able to collect not only the application, but the recommendation in one application, plus it is all saved together in my Google Drive. It was fairly easy to modify the email template and attach the link to the form to my specifications. I no longer have to make so many copies!

The template was fairly basic and I would have liked other choices as far as the looks. It did what I needed. I needed a link attached to fill out a Google Form & the one thing I did not like was that the link was at the bottom of the email and somewhat got lost.

Getting invites generated to a guest after them filling out a form is extremely useful for organization.

The mapping feature, needs to have a tutorial.

Have the integration between Google Form and Google Calendar

It would be great to have features/functions to customize the data mapping

It makes it easier to send invites as it automatically block the calendar.

It's hard to customized the templates as we have to change it from time to time.

It allowed me, after watching a tutorial, to link a Google Form to my Google calendar, thus simplifying our school's study room reservation system.

The interface is still very computer-based, not very user-friendly

Overall, once the obstacles were overcome. It has been a great decision to employ the Form Director. Fortunately, my son has used it first and was very helpful in assisting me when I was confused about the product.

Once I became familiar with it, it was extremely easy to set up a workflow operation that provides everything we need to streamline our services. It's been a huge timesaver.

As is the case with many companies, it would be great if you could get real time customer service to address issues. Sometimes, customer service fails to realize that what is completely familiar to them is not so clear to the new user. Product jargon can be mystifying. This could be easily resolved with a real time customer service interaction such as a chat system.

Excellent Module at an affordable price. Payment modes can be enhanced using other UPIs as well instead of restricting to Stripe & Razor Pay.

The Most important feature I liked about the Form Director is the Integration between multiple applications, Our communications mostly rely on the Google apps.

Apart from the Google apps, we mostly use WhatsApp handle for our official Communications, The one feature we are looking for is integration between Google apps such as Gmail, calendar, drive etc. with WhatsApp. This is not the least like about Form Director, Still, we want to highlight this requirement so you can think of adding this feature in the near future.

Ability to forward Google Forms answers to other applications with the option of placing a manager in between to approve this first.

You have to do a lot of testing through trial and error to find what works and what doesn't.

That I can email myself and the client a copy of their form to 1) be informed there is a subnmission 2) they agree with the submission.

I wish the box that came up (to make initial selections) was bigger and that I could save a master template to reuse.

I just tried for the demo. Other apps I tried, it went good for the first, after that there are too long delay or even not working. I hope this app will continuously stable in the future. I don't mind to pay a subscription fee, but I hope the price is lower from this.
