The fact that the platform is easy to use. If you have questions, you can directly raise your hand via a button located on the website and they'll answer in a few minutes. The data is accurate and very precise. It helps me win my deals.

The most I like about Hermix is that it saves you a lot of time with the search, the listed information are clean and clear. You get to have fast information regarding contracts that are about to expire and get renewal and you can prepare for the bid in time, and you have enough information that can help you make a nice competitive analysis and create your next strategy. I definitely recommend Hermix.

In some cases where a lot of data have to be displayed within a column, you have to make a lot of scrolling. This could be optimize by simply listing only limited number of characters and access a "read more" button if its relevant for the user.

The ease with which Hermix allows me to access procurement data from high level aggregated analysis to fine grained details of single contracts surprised me. And while it provides access to a complex data landscape, the UI really helps the user know what to look for and shows the expertise and experience that have gone into creating it. Anyone experienced with public procurement data will appreciate how many steps in the workflow Hermix just seamlessly does for you.

There are many ways to use Hermix to explore public procurement data that only come out while you spend time in the app, like using the extensive linkage that has been introduced into the datasets to jump between levels and gain a fuller picture. There is still a learning curve due to the sheer complexity of public procurement data. However, the help section and different materials in the Hermix App help a lot with that!

I like the comprehensive database around the whole EU, although most of the state offers are in local language thus the biggest value I see in the EU agencies intel

pricing is a bit agressive for a small startup, we have agreed with [sensitive content hidden] that in order to invest time to offers for EU you need to have a dedicated person able to attend for a month or two to that offer... and then you can convert the price you pay for Hermix into a good insights on your offer

This is a product made with the mind of a salesperson that spent many years selling to the government. It allows you to find leads, compare the competition, and see the history of both main competitors and the contracting authority.

As a whole, Hermix is very close to being a single source of everything you need in the world of public procurement. Besides the Opportunity information that is aggregated from multiple platforms, it offers a lot of very valuable information about the public procurement landscape on both competitors, but also on the contracting authorities. While this information was public in the past as well, there was no easy and consistent way of putting all this data together in a meaningful way. That was until now, Kudos Hermix!!

The learning curve is quite steep due to the amount of sheer data (useful data) that Hermix is putting together and displaying to the users, so the first experience may be a little overwhelming. After 5 to 10 mins of clicking around though, it all starts to make sense, and you get to see the benefits of the platform.

Overall, a very good experience, it is really easier to work with Hermix instead of directly retrieve information from TED
