Easy to maintain
ONEiO is very easy to use and maintain. The simplicity is important for quick changes.
CONSNo reporting available at the moment for MSP subscription. Cannot see all my tenants' endpoints status at one glance.

ONEiO integration platform review
Overall a good experience using the product and relatively easy to analyse root causes for problems in integrations.
PROSEase of use and relatively uncomplicated to learn and understand
CONSThere are still important features missing regarding analysis and overview of rules including searching, displaying and viewing relationships between singular rules. Presently better features are being impemented in production,. but still in beta.

Reason for choosing ONEiO
OneIo is a very useful tool, it seems good and sophisticated, but for users it seems to be made by amateurs who do not think about the needs of users. And I'm very sorry about that, because OneIo has great opportunities - if comments and suggestions are made.

Improving the usability of our application is very important to us and we actively follow our community forums for ideas on how to improve.

ONEiO - A really nice acquaintance
I have been working with ONEiO for nearly 5 years - And I set up approximately 15-20 integrations between different systems and companies in ONEiO - I see both the Organization ONEiO and the System ONEiO as a partnership, I could have to a very good friend - I really like the system, how simple it looks and how easy it is to configure
PROSI really like the simplicity of the system - Things, which normally are rather complex and time consuming, can easily be configured in ONEiO - To mention one thing I would definitely mention ONEiO's Default endpoints and especially the Custom REST endpoint, which is easily configurable and can be set up in a few minutes - Also the performance and the uptime of the system is fantastic - I do not remember any breakdowns or outages in those 5 years I have been working with the system - All transactions are happening instantly and if delays occurs, it normally is caused by bad performance of one of the integrated system.
CONSIt is really difficult for me to say something, which I don't like - But there are areas which could be developed further - One thing I miss in this product, is the possibility to report on the integrations and to have some useful visuals of how the integrations are performing.

I work as consultant for various customers and have no insights in their decision process - But from what I hear, it is about the simplicity of ONEiO and the perspectives of standardizing their integrations agains various customers

Simple to use - hard to master
Usually basic stuff is very easy and fun to do, but if there is something more complex it really needs a lot of understanding about the product how it works and does things. Overall 4/5
PROSIn the newest versions I like how you can get from test to prod easily without connecting to different site. I also like the overall view of the software and it is quite easy to use.
CONSThere is not so much filtering options for the ticket view and when open up conversation timestamps would be nice to see!

Easy tool
I like to use it!
PROSOneIO is easy to use even you have not using it before. Simple and I can find all information I needed.
CONSOnly one person can see number of message (administrator). Search is very slow and sometimes it doesn't work at all (only rolling and rolling).

SKAT ONEiO
We're using ONEiO to integrate both in and out of the organization. It's been amazing not having to worry to much about the API's! We've had great success integrating our "Remedy ARS 19.8" and our DevOps "Jira" instance which made DevOps really happy because they could continue using their own tool.
PROSAfter learning how the software works and which mappings does what it's fairly simple to setup an integration, I think the webinar(s) I attended was great and it helped me move forward with a totally unrelated integration between Remedy ARS 19.8 and 4me
CONSRecently had a problem where values with square brackets couldn't be used, but our supplier (VisionWillov DK) send a request to get these values to work and [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] fixed it pretty fast, great work [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]

Sadly I wasn't a part of choosing ONEiO, but I've been super happy about it since I heard that there was no need for API's :P
Reasons for switching to ONEiO
Technically we're still using our old broker for some integrations, but the long term plan is to move ANY integration to ONEiO and keep them all there for easier access and administration

Integrations made easy!
Service management system integrations are so much easier, but don't forget: Still the process mapping needs to be done properly.
PROS- Free integration of new software products which are not already onboard in ONEiO - Simple mapping of data between systems to be integrated - Easy to use UI

Good alternative for integrations
So far the ONEiO team has been very responsive and helpful in terms of support. The team has worked with us on developing features to fulfill our needs as a customer, which is great! Overall, my experience with ONEiO has been pretty positive.
PROSA great feature of this product is that you can easily see when a message fails and the messages stay queued up and are not lost, which is very beneficial when there is a problem in the integration, because the sent data is not lost.
CONSIt would be nice if there was easier ways to copy configurations from one QA to another to minimize the amount of support involvement that we need

Extremely pleasant, one of the best of my career.
PROSEase of use, excellent support and collaboration, flexibility of the software.
CONSMulti-domain and some reporting could be improved. These are quite minor issues at the moment though.

ONEiO can do ANYTHING
We needed a product to help us integrate our clients' CRM systems' into ours. ONEiO not only does this, but does it with an intuitive UI, fast set-up, speedy processing and stellar customer support. We had our first integration set-up within 2 hours. ONEiO has helped us bring in Enterprise Clients, since we now have the capability to allow them to use their own CRM system for Ticket entry. Thank you, ONEiO!

Our customers seem to like it
PROSIt helps a lot with the monitoring, message queuing and alerts, although the implementation pre-work, ie mapping of message content from the other end, still needs to be done and if/when there are complexities the job can still be difficult.
CONSAs a resell partner, the new sales commission invoicing is causing extra hassle

ONEiO is an exctremely flexible tool to help with integrating various ITSm systems and
I had an excellent experience using ONEiO to integrate with ServiceNow
PROSThe ease of use and the short amount of time to connect to various ITSM systems
CONSI did not see many issues with this other than sometimes the amount of clicks needed to to the work was more than I expected. One issue I could not resolve but I am sure there is a way to solve is if two ITSM platforms being integrated have different LDAP servers. An error will if a new user is created in both LDAPs and that user has updated an issue in one ITSM application and it is moved to another we get a 404 error when attempting to add the issue to the entry point for the other ITSM platform

Easy to use Integration platform
We are allowing multiple partners and customers integrate with out ITSM platform.
PROSIt was effortless to set up, we have our internal processes and Oneio allows us to follow those with ease
CONSIt would have been more beneficial to have more platforms available on the trial.
