  • Pros

  • It's easy to learn, easy to navigate, and user-friendly even on the first try. Customer service is awesome and it's great for the price.
  • It also generates multiple graphics and informations for better managing your stores, knowing every information about your products and how they're selling. Is a great tool to have.
  • Cons

  • I struggle with the bluetooth scanners connecting to our store iPads - however this is not a Springboard Retail issue. This is a problem with the hardware & hardware technology.
  • Every complaint I have has been addressed - occasionally I will request a feature or a metric (Inventory Turn!) that is not available now - and for the most part I have seen them implemented.

  • Ease of use, the functionality. The ability to add more API's as well as creating different levels of administration.
  • VSphere has robustness with simple ease of use and equally easy deployment with great support and documentation.
  • Cons

  • Its hard to focus on what you need to see as the interface is very cluttered. Also, Hardware requirements and licensing can be taxing.
  • Pricing for smaller business can be a pain. Smaller companies that are trying to adopt VMware will find it very hard on the wallet.
