I enjoy the ease of uploading documents. The simplicity of using it makes it so covenant.

I really like the ease of navigating documents and how easy it is learn on  your own by just playing around with the product.

It is very easy to use and if there are any problems, the customer services are always there to help and do it as quick as they possibly can.

I like that it tallies RSVPs and attendance for me. The survey, vote, and e-signature features have been a great asset for my 40-trustee, geographically-diverse board of trustees.

Overall it is an amazing Software and I absolutely enjoy using it.

A great platform to build and use, not only on the back end but board members found it easy to use.

Our trustees are very happy with the ability to access organizational materials on the fly. We do feel that added expenses is money well spent.

Once on-board, we still receive excellent customer service and regular contact, and even as we are in the UK, the response rate to emails etc. are exceptional.

One of your best features is customer support. I have always received a quick and thorough response when needed.

Loading documents from my desktop and folders is very easy and I am so grateful for this. If you can speak with a customer service representative, I have found them to be extremely helpful.

Almost too many places to put stuff that we lost a few docs in translation.

I like how easy the site is both for admin and user. The price is great for our small non-profit and the features are just what we need to keep us connected.

I don't like how our multi-day events show as separate entries on the app. It's confusing to our users as well.

Inability to load more than one file per agenda item. Inability to select separate group/committee among a single meeting for material access.

The benefits of using Boardbookit is that. Saving cost on lot of paper as we used to print our board papers.

I struggled a bit while initially navigating the software.

The ability to streamline our board communications, meeting materials and scheduling is amazing.

Boardbookit is the only Portal System that give you all the benefit of Board Portal System with affordable price. It is really a blessing for us as a non-profit company.

It was super easy to upload documents for board members to review in advance and during the meeting. It was great to have the agenda and all documents conveniently stored within the site.

The ease of use with this software is the best thing about it.

Sometimes confusing when uploading sections into tabs.

My experience has been great. Again the ease of use if amazing and I really like all the organization features that it has to offer.

It also automatically links the meeting date to outlook which sets as a reminder before the meeting which is really great. Overall, I really love Boardbookit.

The customer service team is super responsive (usually within an hour) and are quick at providing me answers or solutions to my questions.

Our school district is very pleased with simbli / eBoard - it's a great tool.

Their customer service is tops. Important because I always want to feel help is near and friendly.

The software is very easy to navigate and  the Help feature is comprehensive and easy as well. I can always count on Sandy V. to return calls or emails if I am having any problems.

We were able to completely move to an electronic Board Meeting from the old Pen and Paper solution.

User friendly and provides a great platform for managing meetings.

I would, however, prefer a way to setup a custom template with %field% names to be able to drop into specific places in the template.

My least favorite feature regarding this software is the inability to change and edit formatting of templates.

The formatting and line spacing in the body of the meetings module gives me trouble. Maybe I need a webinar on formatting the body of summary, recommendation, etc.

The recent upgrades have been awesome. The page alignments are great.

In short, the things I like most:  Customer Service is top notch, product is intuitive and user friendly, help feature is thorough, this product makes my job much easier.

Clunky software that occasionally loses submissions.

The  integrated modules allow us to access all governing documents in one location. Unlimited number of meetings, planning documents and evaluations makes it very cost effective.

Ease of use, intuitive, great custom support, minutes and meetings are easy to setup/create and share.

SImbli is a fantastic product that allows helps facilitate all of our board governance needs in a single, easy to use application.

Limited deficiency However, sometime the correction icon is very sensitive.

The thing I like most about using Simbli is the ability to import documents and share meetings with other users.

The simplicity of this and the customer service and knowledge they have. I like the help section with videos also.

The ease of creating an agenda and having administrators responsible for submitting their information. Easy to communicate with administrators.

I like the new auto save function, the ease of use for Board members to utilize this platform during the actual Board meeting, and the minutes taking/capturing features of this software.

Duplicating agenda items when first entered; randomly losing text that was typed into an item.

As a public relations professional, I like the search feature and the ability to readily find what our stakeholders need and share it.

I think the support team is great and one of my favorite features is clicking the help button and getting help right away. The user manual is also very helpful.

We've actually managed to eliminate several other software platforms we invested in and helps us keep all of our data and information in one, central location.

Sometimes it is hard to search for things, if you do not know exactly how you put that in.

Users can create various meeting types and manage them from a single interface. The search tool allows users to search for and view meetings by meeting type, date and more. Notes can be added to agenda items, and administrators can define user roles and permissions levels.

Meeting minutes can be written, uploaded and shared with participants. Users can take votes during meetings and record results for review. Meetings can be public or private, and administrators can limit the visibility of meetings to select users. The Simbli iPad app allows users to access meeting information remotely.
