It is a lot of work to prepare meaningful board and committee meetings, BoardPro alerts our members in advance, and provide the opportunity for pre-meeting review of supporting documents. When in the board meeting they are able to access the meeting and documents on their laptops, and follow the discussion in real-time. Easy billing, available extras like free continuing education programs on governance, and while they have higher paid programs they do not try to upsell you. Customer support is available through text. It is a bit more bare-bones than some other programs, but it fits our needs and does so for a fraction of the cost. It keeps tracks of meeting schedules, agendas, and added documents for review. Our Board members are able to access the information for the meetings, and the system sends them reminder notifications automatically. The program works well for us. #### Cons It is a bit more bare-bones than other software, so aesthetically there are a few things I would change but they are insignificant. The thing that I like least is that there are a couple of programs that are available for an upcharge that I would like to be included in the basic program.
