I like that it is user-friendly and pretty upfront. I really like the support we receive for the Mi-apps.

My experience with Mi-Apps and Mi-Co as a company has been very successful. The Mi-Apps allows my developers to create and deploy end user forms very easily.

The ease of use will be key towards successful adoption by our field staff.

What I like most about Mi-Apps is the ease of use. You can enter a response with a click of a button, and employees can be easily trained on how to use it.

Pricing may be too high for many smaller organizations with limited budgets.

Independent customization using the form designer and JavaScript. Customer Support is very quick to respond to issues.

Great software, very stable and flexible for the purpose we intended. The support from Mi-Corporation has exceeded our expectations.

Having employees having the ability to work off line has also increased productivity.

Overall, NYUCD's Global Outreach Program is highly satisfied with Mi-Co's form, application, and constant ability to mesh both the technical and practical aspects of the projects we have undertaken.

They are one of the most responsive and helpful vendors we've ever used. I truly believe they care about their clients and will do whatever they can to help them be successful.

The Mi-Co Client is a very processor/memory intensive application. Sometimes this may cause older systems to freeze, crash or other hardware anomalies.

No enterprise licensing option, license cost per user is way too expensive compared to others.

Look for ease of learning, the ability to build applications, interfaces with third party back end systems, and the ability to run on various products and operating environments.

One other dislike is once a form is built for a target platform, such as an iPhone or Android, it is very difficult to change that form to interact with a full size PC without creating a new form.

What we like most is the company and the people who work there. They have a first rate product in Mi-Forms and an excellent sales and technical support staff.

Figure out what your needs are, obviously. There will be constant changes and updates as you learn how to utilize software such as this in any environment to best suit your needs.

Sometimes the updates mess things up in the app and we have to do workarounds to get it to function properly again.

Unless a user is well versed in its ins and outs, they will struggle to recover information. Otherwise, the program works seamlessly between each of the devices.

It is the most suitable software for a growing business and the Return on investment is worthy. Not only the software aspect but also cyber security aspects are taken into consideration.

The ability to integrate objects and information is very good and meets all requirements from a business users perspective whilst being compliant to standards.

I believe this was not just a tactical investment for the company but also a strategic acquisition in our desire to create a high performance, agile business environment.

Completeness and comprehensiveness of the solution to support BPM practice in any organization or industry. Very good maintenance support.

The integrated manner in which all the capabilities of the Enterprise Process Center platform work together and make it easier to complete the documentation of processes.

Not easy to use and unattractive UI. Most of the features are incomplete or don't work.

Easy to use, intuitive, friendly front-end,  very simple to navigate in,  the multilingual support is very  accurate and on time, comprehensive modules and features.

It is not well understood in the majority of organizations.

The Digital Business Transformation Suite provides incredible flexibility and scalability, making it perfect for businesses of all sizes.

Technically very mature system, incredibly powerful, good scalability, excellent support.

Have every possible option to work from remote locations due to the advanced software and internet calling with videos. I did finished my meeting and hope to see more progress.

In other words, starting with the out-of-the-box implementation still provides a very feature rich environment that can be improved even further as your usage matures.

Great product for implementing BPM, with capabilities that go beyond the traditional BPM platform.

It follows the best practices. Its navigation is standardized.

It's simply designed for documentation and all other collaborative and management features are, in reality, useless.

While it was still early days, Interfacing's Digital Business Transformation Suite platform provided us with the flexibility to allow us to implement BPMN 2.0 without being too rigid.

The search function is comprehensive and intuitive. The ongoing support we receive from Interfacing is always swift, thorough and helpful.

Mi-Forms offers several applications on a standalone basis, like document capture, image processing, digital asset management, case management, reporting and analytics and more. The solution works on many different devices (iOS, Android, Windows, Digital Pen, HTML5) and provides extensive offline capabilities (to store data, to prefill data from central databases and to look up data).
