There are not many, if any negative thoughts I have for this app.

Great customer service, the app works seamlessly between the computer and the phones.

The overall simplicity of the program is very nice. Everything flows pretty well.

It is easy to use and has great scalability. I am able to use it with a team that isn't the best with technology.

My team enjoys how easy it is to use this app and it is very helpful to my vendors, clients and contractors.

It save me time, so it saves me money. The price is great for the number of contracted labor's.

The ease of searching for work orders is a HUGE plus. The ease for the team to use in the field on multiple devices is a great plus as well.

This is a wonderful and useful program for any corporation and I would highly recommend it.

The assets list is awesome. It integrates into the other categories easily for function.

Very easy to operate after training. Logging pricing and creating part numbers for future orders has been a great advantage.

Down time tracking has improved greatly, and actually eliminated some of the problems we thought we were having, overall very pleased and cant ask for a better software, definitely  for the money.

I love the integration of procedures into workorders.

Notifications And annoying popping up every 2 seconds.

Firstly the lack of user access control customisation.

It's always nice to make a decision after testing 15 solutions (felt like 1000) and feel confident that you've made the correct decision. I feel that way right now and wanted to share.

The software is super friendly and easy to use. A real tool that you can use to manage the jobs in the shop.
