Pipefy is a cloud-based business process management solution suitable for businesses of all sizes in industries such as BPO, IT, service desk, shared services, financial services and sales. Primary features include task management, pre-designed process templates, admin controls, two-factor authentication, email messaging and reporting.

It allows users to create custom workflows, define work rules and collaborate in real time. Other features include software development, sales pipeline management, bug tracking, service level agreements and deadline tracking, process integration and visual process management. Pipefy offers integration with multiple applications through Zapier. It also integrates with Slack, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Zendesk, MailChimp, Salesforce and Pipedrive.  

Pipefy is available with monthly subscription pricing. Mobile applications are offered for Android and iOS devices. Support is offered via phone, email, live chat, online help articles and webinars.

ease of use, customisation and keeping track of. clean and beautiful interface keeps it relevant and bring people back to the platform.

Cons

I have no points to complain about so far except for the lack of gantt charts, which would make it even more powerful.

Amazing control tool, highly intuitive and fully customizable. It allowed the possibilities of management to be extended to levels in micro and macro environments

Cons

The price could be a little lower, especially for a single user. The free version could have more features.

Flexibility and layout are very nice and there is a lot of things it can be designed and controlled by the end user so it's considered dynamic not static software.

Cons

Privileges of the Users, I think it need to be a little bit flexible so we could active\deactivate all the options during adding new users.

Pros

It can really adapt itself to your process demands and team communication. The automations make things so easy!

Cons

Besides it isnt a software feature, I can say the price is the thing I like least. Doing payments in USD isnt easy for who lives in Brazil.

It's excellent to control our process. Now I know where the order is. What the real status of it.

Pros

Email Templates, automations, SLAs and very easy and intuitive to use. All this helped us to improve our performance with the clients.

Cons

Emails inside the cards. It's a good idea but we send a lot of emails template, so this option we don't use yet.

Automation feature is a plus!
I like that they are always bringing something new and are open to suggestions. Their roadmap runs FAST! Integration with lots of other apps also is a plus!

Cons

Email templates should accept HTML coding... its pretty complicated to add your own style for the automate emailing.
Managing tasks with due date is still a challenge for us. The calendar won't mach our needs yet.

We could better organize our onboarding pipelines with Pipefy.

Pros

Easy to use, good integrations, great features to process management. It is very flexible to organize pipelines.

Cons

Tasks organization is hard to use. We still need to use other tools to schedule tasks. It does not have a good way to view tasks within the cards yet.

Self organization by knowing my deadlines, team integration by knowing what everyone else is doing. Perfect application for Scrum philosophy

Pros

Elegant, practical, easy to learn. I came from Trello and I fastly understood the working flow from the webapp and I have it in phone too. The way things are organized are better than Trello.

Cons

Doesn't have some power ups I'm used to in Trello. The integration with Slack, for example, is better with Trello that every change is monitored. Pipefy only says that a new card was created and by whom.

Pros

Very easy to understand and use.
The simplicity in the user interface in the Pipeline view.
Very easy to make everyone build your own proccess and learn the tool.

Cons

The pipes view cannot be categorized, so if u have many pipes will be difficult to organize them. Could exist an diagram view of the proccesses.

I kept trying different products like Evernote and Trello to keep track of all the things on my plate but after a few weeks they would always fall short of what I needed. Now everything's in one place and the whole team can use Pipefy to manage their work and stay on the same page.

Pros

When I first got into marketing I had a hard time managing all my regular tasks and campaigns. Directions would get lost or over complicated when I passed my work over to design or front, with Pipefy I can keep the whole team on the same page, and retire my messy to-do lists and ugly Trello board.

Cons

I would love to see more improvements with the mobile UX. I thought the mobile feature was a little oversold since it's not as up-to-date as the desktop version.
