Pipefy is a cloud-based business process management solution suitable for businesses of all sizes in industries such as business process outsourcing, IT, service desk, shared services, financial services and sales. Primary features include task management, pre-designed process templates, admin controls, two-factor authentication, email messaging and reporting.

Pipefy allows users to create custom workflows, define work rules and collaborate in real time. Other features include software development, sales pipeline management, bug tracking, service level agreements and deadline tracking, process integration and visual process management. Pipefy offers integration with multiple applications through Zapier. It also integrates with Slack, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Zendesk, MailChimp, Salesforce and Pipedrive.  

Pipefy is available with monthly subscription pricing. Mobile applications are offered for Android and iOS devices. Support is offered via phone, email, live chat, online help articles and webinars.

    We started using pipefy after a demanda for aligning teams and organizing our support necessities, all the tools we use are extremely simple and everyday we use more of it. Our next steps will be to make use of pipefy API to extract important team metrics which I hope will be very useful.

    Pros

    It's easy to use, and I always have everything I need in a click distance. It's an awesome tool for management and to keep all stakeholders of a project aligned about the moment of a product or area.

    Cons

    I have nothing to complain about pipefy.

    Pros

    Control your team, administrate your tasks and use the templates to fast setup your projects. It's a worthwhile tool and have awesome automation features.

    Cons

    I miss a time tracking, and some tutorials arent very good.

    Easy way to structure workflow

    After using it is every day, it´s very clear to realize how much time of our working time is saved.

    Pros

    So flexible and so full of features to automatize workflow. Even a kid is able to learn how to do customize fields, phases, automation.

    Cons

    It´s necessary time to learn a bunch of resources (features) to take the best from Pipefy. Patience is necessary to take advantage of all of them.

    Decent enough project management tool if you want something other than Trello

    Used it for a couple of days, didn't quite get sold on this one.

    Pros

    Nice interface. Has templates for various kinds of projects to help you get started easily. Lots of features to track progress of your overall project.

    Cons

    UI is not very smooth. Lags most of the time. Controls can get complex pretty easily.

    Productivity based on simple steps, simple cards that can solve complex tasks through complex dilemmas, with a lot of conditional decisions (fields, phases, etc.).

    Pros

    A lot of features on my hands. Possible to initiate in simple steps until develop complex solutions.

    Cons

    More templates. They´re useful to inspire new users improve their knowledge. At the same time, probably a lot of users have tested workflows developed using Pipefy to share worldwide. Should have a library to share them.

    Helps me to receive and control all my tasks in a practical and organized way. Keeping an important historical.

    Pros

    The support team has always helped me right away! I'm very impressed with their service and attention. Always communicating about new features and doing webinars. You can see that this company really cares about their clients.

    Cons

    When you delete a field from the pipefy we lose the historical from the previous pipes. We should keep the changes just for the news pipes, but don't erase anything on the old pipes.

    They should have someone in the support team that speaks Spanish. Because some of my colleagues don't speak English, so I need t help them in the communication with Pipefy support team.

    How easy it is to set up, and use on a daily basis. The support is also a very strong pro, the team is always helpful, and they always solve the problems.

    Cons

    It takes a lot of time to the automatic tasks happen, sometimes it takes 5 minutes for the card to go to other phase.

    Extremely customizable but you'll always wish for more

    It's very flexible due to its customizability, you can add fields with explicit types to the cards and make them have the meaning you want.

    Cons

    Since it is so open, it lacks some features related to more specific work.
    To make a sprint you need to use an "App" on your board, but that app is very limited and lacks the customization of the rest of the product, I spent a lot of time, fighting the app to make it work closer to what I would like.

    SMOOTH OPERATIONS, ACCOUNTABILITY

    Pros

    Just started Pipefy currently for my business as well as a client. This has made operation smooth. My team is held accountable and customers history inventory is clear.

    Software works better on ipone. I have a android. Other then that its great. I am fine with the cost.

    Pros

    Quick to set up
    Reasonable integration with other apps (Zapier, Slack, etc.)
    Good set of native features
    Responsive customer support

    Cons

    Database lacks features to make it a useful complement of the pipe system: calculated fields, lookup-like function, etc.
    Some weird design decisions can make the set up confusing (connected fields vs connected cards, field synchronization, access/writing rules...).

    Workflow process steps related to my clients with data information being sent directly to forms, reports. No rework is necessary.

    Pros

    Power to customize in our hands, without demand TI support. The Kanban visualization let us easily identify relations among each step in a workflow.

    Cons

    It´s necessary to learn how to use it. Some hours of some vídeos are enough. There are so many features that you have to demand experienced users to accelerate your learning process to use Pipefy.

    Automations between pipelines and customisable database are really useful tools and it generates lot of opportunities to customize our business process, per example.

    Cons

    Only one automation for the free plan is a good way to initiate and learn more about the platform, but it probably will not the enough as soon you get more use

    Pipefy is easy and intuitive, we create many internal processes with quality and economy, so we can stay focused on results and adjust workflows as we identify best practices. The support staff is well prepared and approachable.

    The best project management software. It helps me a lot to create and follow my entire creative process.

    Pros

    What I like the most about the platform is the ease of process customization. I can create my own process and still have several free functions.

    Cons

    I think I could have notifications via email or app when a startform was answered. This would help me know when a briefing was answered by a client.

    It is very flexible, great GUI, and you can use to manage basically anything! Love the ability of creating different checklists for each stage of your process.

    Cons

    Not being able to print checklist on each phase or print your board/tasks other than exporting via excel. It also lacks the ability of copying "cards/taks" from one "pipe" to another.

    I like to tell you exactly the date on which the project was created and its different points, as well as to whom it is addressed and its priority. It is very practical to let you add external files.

    Cons

    I do not find it much more difficult, since the free option is very complete for several users, if what you are looking for is something more robust you already have to pay, but even so I do not think it is expensive.

    It makes out business so much more productive.

    Pros

    It makes it so easy to delegate and then monitor tasks in a team environment.
    We can monitor tasks and track productivity of staff (& ourselves).
    It makes the team ten times more efficient than what we were.

    Cons

    Sometimes it is hard to not focus on clearing out pipefy (or "The Pipe") as we call it !
    Pipefy can be as addictive to staff as social media.

    I can improve my customer on boarding process experience daily basis. I think the power you have of having a timeline of what happened to each customer, who helped, when, etc, gives you enough data to improve your process.

    Pros

    The fact that I can control my hole sales team in the same "board", I know exactly why I client is delayed and who is responsible for what. Also, I can easily find all the history about this client. For a manager perspective, its a great way of improving our customer experience.

    Cons

    Its not so simple to find information about all the integrations, API etc. There are just a few tutorials, but this is just a non developer opinion.
