Pros
- Ease of use, however I have been using it for over 13 years.
- The deployment / branding and quality of the product speak for itself. The varied types of backup you can perform and ease of which you can restore is quicker than other backup software I have used.
Cons
- When we needed it the most, it had error after error. Truly regret spending as much as we did on the system.
- Finally, as an MSP, their reporting is very bad, so we had to use a third party that connects to Ahsay to generate daily report logs.
Pros
- The customer service is outstanding. The continued evolution and areas added have made Ncontracts a valued partner.
- It is safe to say, I feel a lot more comfortable now than I did 2 years ago. Something may break, but tech support does an amazing job of reaching out and resolving it for you.
Cons
- There is nothing with the software that I dislike. I am able to make it do most of what I need.
- The only downfall that we are having is the single sign-on. We are still having trouble implementing that piece into our intranet to get the Complaint button to work.
