When we needed it the most, it had error after error. Truly regret spending as much as we did on the system.

The suite is a very good product and satisfied our company as msp and our customers for 7 years.

Finally, as an MSP, their reporting is very bad, so we had to use a third party that connects to Ahsay to generate daily report logs.

NO automation options for WHMCS really bad so we are switching backup software this year.

Version 8, restrictive application, poor user interface. Just a really poor product.

Good investment because we can easily offer a good value for money backup solution.

The biggest frustration is how inflexible the company is with being able to change your licensing after the purchase.

We've been reselling backups using Ahsay for years and it has always been a pretty stable way of backing up our customers' data.

We were updating from v6 to v8 and it was quite difficult to do.

Ease of use, however I have been using it for over 13 years.

The only issue I have ever had with Ahsay was communications. There is a certain amount lost in translation.

The deployment / branding and quality of the product speak for itself. The varied types of backup you can perform and ease of which you can restore is quicker than other backup software I have used.

I like how easy it is to set backups up and all of the different types of backup sets you can have. I also think the way in compresses the backups and does the delta changes is very clever.

I have used this and brought this every company I have worked at and now that I own my own business, it was a perfect fit. The software is an easy sell to new clients and onboarding is great too.

Change your interface!!!! Please, please and please.

Unusable, hard to manage, unfriendly. After years of usage, most of the time, we give up investigating and get lost in useless information and necessary but impossible to find information.

Their customer services is very poor and have bad documentation.

When white labelled the name Ahsay appears in error reports this actually revels the name of Ahsay to our competitors and our white labelling value is lost.

Server side wasn't amazing and technical support average. New version looks like they improved server side but upgrade cost was huge so we still use the old V6.

The great customer service I've received whenever I have a question.

Efficient system to make automated backups of our gmail and gsuite. We've tried several, but they all promise the world but don't deliver, or at the end are much more expensive than initially shown.

Ease of overall usage, does what it has to do. Flexible licensing, great support.

Overall positive, recovery capabilities and interface is excellent.

Touch free and ease of use. The expectation that data would be backed up automatically.

Overall an easy to navigate user-interface. Authenticating across different Salesforce environments is easy as well.

Customer support degrades after takeover by Kesaya.

Sometimes errors appear in backup, but mostly the problem is on Google's side and is resolved in a day or two.

Spanning is easy to use, effective, and has great customer support.

Here we have an unlimited storage opportunity and a free trial period, it is enough to feel comfort of it.

Spanning is the best google drive backup system by far.

Perpetual backups of emails and files. Easy and quick restore process.

Sales does a excellent job selling it. The self service portal and linking it to your M365 login is fantastic idea,  Setup is fairly straight forward.

Totally inadequate for business grade protection.

The other negative is that I have called for support and on more than one occasion, the hold time was 30-40 minutes.

The ability to restore One drive files from deleted users is MUCH easier than the same process through powershell.

Still Now I gave not came accross any type of dislikes of the software.

Spanning is easy to use and staff have access to the tool (if allowed) to recover their data without needing IT Support.

If you don't have enough space at your Google account, then you should empty some.

Their response was to put our debt with a debt collection.

Great experience so far with backing up all G Suite accounts (emails, docs...).

The backup function is seamless to administer once the app is installed. The restore function is easy to navigate through to submit and watch the status of a restore.

Got angry and told us we need to pay even when they did not bill us, we then decided to cancel the service cancelled our services with them, and advised them.

GUI was a little difficult to set up for a lot of users. Needed to get into powershell to license for a large group.

I liked the ease of installation and configuration. It took about 15 minutes of effort to install/configure and begin using.

From the surface spanning looks like a fantastical product. In a demo it it is very easy to use, end user friendly with a self service portal.

The peace of mind it gives me that my Google Apps data is backed up and easily restored when I need it. The fact that Spanning integrates directly into Google Apps.

Solid, works well, but locked in to the provider.

The user interface and the UX is a disaster. The backup of the data itself works, but when you search for data, you need a lot of time and a lot of patience.

You get unlimited backups which makes it ideal for businesses with tons of data. It supports all file types, which is pretty rare to find in a backup service.

Spanning's backup solution seamlessly integrates with Salesforce and allows us to track the status of our backups and restore selected information with ease.

It's very simple to set up and use, and I've found the support to be excellent. What more could you want.
