The great customer service I've received whenever I have a question.

Efficient system to make automated backups of our gmail and gsuite. We've tried several, but they all promise the world but don't deliver, or at the end are much more expensive than initially shown.

Ease of overall usage, does what it has to do. Flexible licensing, great support.

Overall positive, recovery capabilities and interface is excellent.

Touch free and ease of use. The expectation that data would be backed up automatically.

Overall an easy to navigate user-interface. Authenticating across different Salesforce environments is easy as well.

Customer support degrades after takeover by Kesaya.

Sometimes errors appear in backup, but mostly the problem is on Google's side and is resolved in a day or two.

Spanning is easy to use, effective, and has great customer support.

Here we have an unlimited storage opportunity and a free trial period, it is enough to feel comfort of it.

Spanning is the best google drive backup system by far.

Perpetual backups of emails and files. Easy and quick restore process.

Sales does a excellent job selling it. The self service portal and linking it to your M365 login is fantastic idea,  Setup is fairly straight forward.

Totally inadequate for business grade protection.

The other negative is that I have called for support and on more than one occasion, the hold time was 30-40 minutes.

The ability to restore One drive files from deleted users is MUCH easier than the same process through powershell.

Still Now I gave not came accross any type of dislikes of the software.

Spanning is easy to use and staff have access to the tool (if allowed) to recover their data without needing IT Support.

If you don't have enough space at your Google account, then you should empty some.

Their response was to put our debt with a debt collection.

Great experience so far with backing up all G Suite accounts (emails, docs...).

The backup function is seamless to administer once the app is installed. The restore function is easy to navigate through to submit and watch the status of a restore.

Got angry and told us we need to pay even when they did not bill us, we then decided to cancel the service cancelled our services with them, and advised them.

GUI was a little difficult to set up for a lot of users. Needed to get into powershell to license for a large group.

I liked the ease of installation and configuration. It took about 15 minutes of effort to install/configure and begin using.

From the surface spanning looks like a fantastical product. In a demo it it is very easy to use, end user friendly with a self service portal.

The peace of mind it gives me that my Google Apps data is backed up and easily restored when I need it. The fact that Spanning integrates directly into Google Apps.

Solid, works well, but locked in to the provider.

The user interface and the UX is a disaster. The backup of the data itself works, but when you search for data, you need a lot of time and a lot of patience.

You get unlimited backups which makes it ideal for businesses with tons of data. It supports all file types, which is pretty rare to find in a backup service.

Spanning's backup solution seamlessly integrates with Salesforce and allows us to track the status of our backups and restore selected information with ease.

It's very simple to set up and use, and I've found the support to be excellent. What more could you want.

It's a great product which is fully supported 24x7 both by email and speaking with a live support.

The installation time take the lead as it is pretty straightforward and less complicated when compared to other softwares  have used.

I've recovered several customer files that were inadvertently deleted with very little trouble.

It was easy to setup for office 365 and easy to recover items in 365. It was easy to locate and restore files in server backups.

Lack of support SQL Server 2017, Difficult to review backup manage stats vs billed amounts.

The load of functions can be overwhelming, especially with all of the cryptic abbreviations. Honestly though, this is not a real con, but rather my own problem.

Backing up my work is very easy to do. The software is especially good with office 365.

Tried this tool to have it integrated with other SolarWinds products and its a pretty decent solution.

Solid file and database backup feature. Versioning is built into the product with customization of schedules and standardization across customer base is excellent.

Data is easily accessible from everywhere and backups are generated automatically and efficiently. The ability to access old versions of backups is especially helpful to never lose progress.

Software is easy to use, set up, and administer. Also the cost is so much better than competing localized products.

This allows for our backup margins to be high since we simply install it on the devices and sit back and watch it work. The web interface is simple to use and the support has been fantastic.

Easy of install and setup, ease of Use, accuracy, recovery option.

Must recommended flexible and reliable product for SMB or Enterpraise.

No local only option for backups, and relatively expensive complete product.

I've used other backup software in the past and I can say this is the best one I've ever used, hands down.

Very good customer support, and useful online backup function.

Branding of clients is one feature i find intriguing and useful plus the entire process is easy to do.

Overall is being great, a few glitches but support try there best to meet your expectations.
