  • Pros

  • I love the customability of this software. It works for our clients, and for us.

  • I like the affordability. We are a new MSP and this was a great entry level service desk tool for our company.

  • Cons

  • With any software, there is room for improvement. Little tweaks here and there, but overall the software is great.

  • as a new administrator, editing is not as user friendly as i wished, i hope for better video tutorials in the future

  • Great product with almost (Waiting for the email module) everything you would need to run a small business. Their support is fantastic and quick to respond and resolve issues.

  • Has all the features to run your business on a single platform Great UX that is simple for any non-tech staff Very agiled team that listen to the customer suggestions Constant improvement

  • Cons

  • Yes, there are a lot of rough edges but they are working so quickly, by both fixing issues and adding new functionality that I am confident the software will be amazing within a year.

  • The UI needs a bit of love, but it is quick to load.
