It's like Facebook for task management. The best thing about Asana is surely design, it is minimalistic, beautiful, smart and goal oriented.

There is nothing a find to criticize in a negative way from this product, by the way.

Asana has a super friendly user interface that makes task management far more joyful than other competitors.

Asana is a great software it keeps things easy and clear to follow...the way it has listings  and timeline helps to navigate through the activities I also like how it tracks milestones of a project.

Right now it's a mess, and I'm sure that has more to do with us than Asana. We're 80 people, we're on the way to be 200, and I'm worried about how much crazier it will get.

It crashes some times and it kicks me out of my account at least 3 times a week, which can be very annoying and frustrating.

Outside access URL not customizable and is extremely long and hard to disseminate. Not all fields on forms can be changed and end up just being wasted space.

We were receiving requests from multiple sources (email, white board, conversations, etc.), which led to requests being forgotten or missed. Now we have all request in one place.

Need to make less steps. Once a WO is closed it should drop off the main list.

Pleasant, intuitive interface, fairly customizable, reasonably priced, quick response from customer service dept.

I cannot separate the two types of tickets when reporting. The reports  need to be detailed by type rather than by a CSV dump.

I have had employees blame each other in the past and I never knew if someone deleted a ticket or if someone else failed to even create it.

I like the ease of use and the customization the most. The price was great as other solutions offered functionality I didn't need and a much heftier price tag.
