Creating past invoices can be difficult, particularly using the calendar to select dates as sometimes it ends up jumping to the wrong date.

It can handle project costs and track time with the ability to set time budgets as well as assign tasks to others. Our team also love the user interface.

It is a little tricky to use for repeating work.

I can't adjust the width of columns in 'all projects' or 'all contacts' view so longer names or descriptions are cut off.

Love how they talk to each other (both ways) and Roll just 'knows' what the next invoice in Xero is. Also, I like how I can approve the invoice and then send a PDF myself via Xero.

Maybe a little complicated for technologically challenged. I don't really consider this a serious con however.

Some of it is hard to change and selecting some options can lock out part.

Amazingly user friendly software, good and fast customer support.

The price is great for this product. We were looking for an easy budgeting tool for our department and Scoro fit the bill.

Also the integrations with Xero, which works very well and Mail Chimp. The way that Scoro gives us a single platform to manage CRM, billing, work flow tracking and management is brilliant.

We have loved this software from the moment it was installed. As the business is growing - both with employees and workload - it is really coming into its own.

The offer segment is a bit confusing where you have to choose the time period or week - often we dont have a time period for that offer.

I like there is a comfortable solution for everyone for organizing your tasks.

Our only issue is the cost per seat and license flexibility, making it unattractive to bring occasional users who might only use one or two features on board.

Great interaction with Scoro setup team at initial stage and then easy ongoing communication with support team; very easy learning curve.
