The UI was great and integrations were nice. Overall, everything was really simple to use and set up.

I hate when I print proposals the page breaks horribly in the middle of sentences and photos.

I haven't been in business super long yet, but I knew I wanted to be organized from the getgo. HoneyBook has been AMAZING for that.

Honeybook is very easy to use and the UI is beautiful. They provide a lot of great built in resources, like example contract templates.

Software is very easy to use. Customer service is great and it's a great way to stay organized.

I love everything about HB and I love that they are always trying to improve and help in any way they can.

Honeybook is a great price, easy to use, has great customer service, and has lots of great ad one. The set up process is so easy for anyone.

The ONLY things I dislike about the software are very minor.

The only complaint I have is that you can’t access all the same features and do all the same things on the Honeybook app as you can on a computer.

I have loved Honeybook since I first downloaded it...Customizing everything was easy and FUN. Any time i had questions customer service was super fast and nice...which makes everything easier.

The interface is perfect, too. Friendly, but not too 'bubbly', so you still feel like a professional.

Tasks which are now automated I no longer have to keep worrying about completing, my business now is quite streamline.

I LOVE the referral program as well, the commission is beautiful. It's not only user friendly but the customer service has always been top notch as well.

I dislike that almost everything requires a fee. As an independent photographer it is difficult to pay money up front and would rather have a basic free plan to start.

It is so easy to use and my clients like it as well. It has made staying organized so much easier for me and there are so many features that are helpful for people in the wedding industry.

I like that I can have all of my invoices in one place, it helps me take care of my taxes and allows me to track my income. My favorite thing is the brochure I've created.

I like the ease of seeing the pipeline and where I'm at with my bookings. I like the daily reminders to follow up on my clients.

UI and UX sometimes make me confused especially the behavior of the system while toggle on and off.

We are still learning all the kinks and sometimes the individual users get confused about aligning goals.

User interface is quit confused  at first as  many details in the screen.

Sometime I got confused and do not know I should use bottom up or push down to align my ORK to others.

Also, their customer service is amazing. They are very committed to provided a great product and great service.

Excellent Customer Support. The customer support is top-notch with true white glove treatment before and after onboarding.

Be able to check in for previous weeks missed.

And most importantly Customer experience. Profit's support teams, be it the technical team or user experience team, both are amazing.

The integration with MS Teams also makes it really easy for people to check-in and update their KRs. The customer onboarding and ongoing service is amazing.

Again, Profit will be the best OKR system in my opinion with a relatively low price tag instead of using Excel and Emails.

The team are really proactive and there to help make your implementation successful. The online help and training assets are also really helpful.

You can set-up templates, etc. This has been great for us because we like to projectize our OKRs.

More options sometimes confuses, but after frequent hands on will get used to it.

I love the integration which helps easy to integrate with MS Teams. Its easy to manage the task and follow-up with the employees in organization.
