The sortable columns make it great for being able to prioritize the data.

I like the leads it brings in for us, like the ease of use.

I like the transparency of where the data is collected from as opposed to some other intent providers. The quality of the user interface and it's connection to Salesforce and Hubspot are solid.

Overall, I would say the experience has been good so far, although we have only used it for a couple of months.

I have no negative experiences so far so nothing useful to mention here.

Increased lead results, consistency with the lead generation, and quality API setup to maximize integrations.

I am an end user, but I have had a wonderful experience thanks to many, many lead results.

This isn't something that even could be added as far as I'm aware, but is the only real pain point we have experienced.

Many of the high intent accounts weren't truly high intent. The support from them was, typical Gartner, horrible.

The search interface is clunky, I hated using it.

I really like how smoothly this platform connects with HubSpot. It was really simple to set up the integration and sync data over, which saved me lots of time.

The team is always ready to answer my questions, or hop on a call to discuss ways I can use this tool better. They are always open to my feedback, and try to meet any needs I bring their way.

As for the market development purposes - it was a complete time and money waste for my team. I don't know if these category views are real but we never had a single lead from Buyer Discovery.

I love the amount of information available about organizations who might be researching your Gartner profile.

Not only if they're viewed your page, but if they've compared you to your competitors and what exact keywords they are searching for. The chart is extremely user friendly and easy to read.

Especially ones that are still learning and growing rapidly.

As a Salesforce administrator, I especially love the SFDC integration of Demandbase for starters. But I love the UI of the tool itself, that you can add custom tags & fields & dashboard/report views.

Customee service A+ and great reporting and analytics across integrated systems.

It's a bit tedious to setup from the admin perspective if you don't have a very big ops team to do it together with. But aside from that, it's hard to find a complaint otherwise.

But if your company has a difficult time understanding what prospects/accounts to prioritize and understanding your strongest target audiences/market, then Demandbase One is an absolute must.

This is a really useful tool for our sales teams in terms of seeing if their prospects are engaged. Really valuable from a sales and marketing perspective.

The obvious positive is that the information they provide is extremely valuable.

DemandBase has been great across the board. Our support team is great and provided us with tips on how to best leverage the tool.

The reporting platform was awful. Any type of data manipulation that I wanted to perform had to be done outside of the platform with a csv export.

Demandbase has a seamless UI that makes it easy to work in. I don't expect sales to actually log into the platform, so the salesforce integration is really helpful.

DemandBase is easy to use and has some great reporting features to measure trend over time for your target accounts.

I love the intuitive ability of the account scoring feature and while we hadn't setup lead scoring as well, I can imagine it's just as valuable for companies who use leads and get a lot of them.

That we can only operate it in incognito mode which is frustrating. Also it can sometimes be glitchy but not enough to be annoying.

So far, my experience has been good. They have a really solid CSM team and have been very responsive.

Overall pretty happy with it as it does provide great insights.

Poor documentation, weak implementation consultants, shoddy integrations with Salesforce and Pardot, hardly any reporting functionality to make the information easy to access and understand.

It's nice that it gives you insights on how and who (company) to connect with.
