  • Pros

  • Great tool for your sales team or just for better understanding who is reading your content. There are nice filtering options available to prevent unwanted data from entering your reports.
  • The ease of use, the fact that we can have over 10 team members use account for different purposes in ways that are customizable for every function: customer success, sales, marketing.
  • Cons

  • Unfortunately, we have to individually hide them so that they don't count towards our monthly total. It is a very frustrating process.
  • The data provided isn't always accurate and there could be mistakes in the companies contact info. Also the options in terms of integrated products are small.

  • The best feature i liked the most about trust radius is that it provides incentives and rewards for writing software reviews the user interface is very beginner friendly, easy to use and set-up.

  • They can't find out a real or fake review sometimes, this is the only thing I don't like about TrustRadious.
  • Their customer service is horrible because they frequently provide evasive answers. Many individuals post false screenshots and generate fictitious user reviews.
