While I am still in the transition phase of navigating around in the system and getting historical data imported; I do like the point and click simplicity of a windows type application.

I feel Docyt is very friendly, it helps you to stay organized and once you learn it you can use it to automate many of your manual processes.

Customer service is great, platform is easy to use.

I love Docyt, You can process thousands of transaction in a shorter period of time after you can fully customize your system.

Dealing with offshore resources is not ideal. Phone/Google Connections are not clear and it is difficult to understand resources most often.

The expense tracking feature is of great use in tracking and controlling the expenses , It has best automate workflow system.

I like how easy it is to enter expenses and I LOVE the connectivity to my bank account and credit card accounts to pull everything in automatically.

There is a time delay when asking a question, because most of their personnel are overseas (I think). Ask a question today and get a reply the next day.

Cost Thus is our first use of a system but it’s costly.

When I have had questions and concerns, they answer them quickly. They are improving and fine tuning their services all the time.

It's pretty easy to use and look up accounts payable items. The tech support team is on top of it.

I love that invoice data gets filled out and I need to do is proof and add any additional information.

I really like the way they work with you to set up the approval system for MT like we need it. They have been very nice to work with.

Overall, it's been a great experience. The workflow is very easy, which minimizes touches on a single invoice, allowing us to pay our vendors more easily.

We love the integration with Quickbooks Online. It adds the bill automatically, then matches it to the payment that comes through the bank.

Overall, we have been very happy with all mineraltree has to offer and all their improvements over the years.

Lack of some basic tools to easily navigate. Have to use 2 logins for different roles, lack of intercompany functionality.

With having multiple organizations this become quite the task when they start dropping connection. Then the other pain point would be the bathing to our GL system utilizing GP.

If we were a larger company, I would be hesitant about how much time I would have to babysit the process as there are many places where invoices could become trapped and not paid in a timely manner.

The inability to easily search for past vendor payments & invoices, from the invoice posting screen.

I think the very best part of this product is the support team. They have resolved absolutely every issue I've ever had quickly, if not immediately.

They are patient, friendly, smart, and fast acting. They improvise and are able to deliver quickly on big requests.

Mineral Tree allows the A/P process to flow flawlessly regardless of the location of my team members.

Very user friendly, it syncs with our software  perfectly. I can easily select and pay the invoices that are due.

It is very nice not to print out checks, wait for them to get signed then mail them out. It really has saved us time.

This software is easy to set up and easy to use. PDF'ing and creating bills in Netsuite is super convenient and the approval trails work as intended.

The system is very easy to learn from User's perspective.

I can pay vendors quickly, I like the documents review and retain features. The email notification for payments is fantastic.

Always difficult and a challenge to use. There is little or no customer support.

MineralTree is very user friendly and the time your up and running from implementation to finish is quick.

They have a good, competitive product at a competitive price, and it is worth your time.

No company should be cutting physical checks, worry about signatures, paper documents, chasing people for approvals etc.

It also integrates easily with NetSuite, and has good pre-deployment support from their support team(s).
