Everything I like the  responsiveness from [SENSITIVE CONTENT] the ease of use the various reports it supplies us and the outside auditors.

Saves our accounting team time and headache calculating and depreciating the assets. It also helps us as a management team to plan our capital asset expeditures in the coming months and years.

Their customer service was also very responsive when I reached out with questions.

It took a little while to learn how to use it. The custom reports are difficult for me to use; I use the standard reports and modify for my own use.

I like that its cost effective for a single user, and its relatively easy to migrate into as a small company with not a whole lot of assets.

I've tried other fixed asset management solutions and this product has almost all of the functionality of the much more expensive solutions (like SAGE in particular).

We struggled a little with how it handled the land portion in disposing of a building.

I wish there was a way to incorporate loan documentation into the software so I could have a 1 stop shop (Although I understand this software was not created for that purpose).

It keeps trach of my assets (equipment about 1500ea). I know monthly what my depreciation expense is; based on this information I can complete the monthly financials.

Fixed Asset Pro is convenient and easy and extremely cost effective.

It is also cost effective. Our prior auditors recommended software that would cost 10 times as much annually, so Fixed Asset Pro is a great value.

Seems like it would be a really easy to use software but once you are in even the basic functions are hard to do and often give wrong answers.

Most users are not as knowledgeable on depreciation methods as an IRS auditor. Of course, this is probably the trickiest part of any depreciation software.

I do have a problem viewing some input screens.

It does not meet our needs 100% since we are a government agency and we are tax exempt. It is difficult to customize the reports since I, as the only user, not an IT person.

Overall, has helped us in our year end processes, asset valuation and assessment and planning. For a small cost, it pays for itself in saved time and labour.

The link process is very long and tedious. No possibility of using formulas in the actual and historical data.

I was annoyed when I learned that my software was shut down remotely when PlanGuru adopted an annual license fee after several years of no fees, unless you opted in for an upgrade to a new version.

If you work mostly by yourself and need a good integration when dealing with financial forecasts, this is the product.

I use PlanGuru to build business forecasts for my clients so that I can provide great service, especially to growth oriented clients who hold themselves accountable to their goals.

Support was really helpful at the beginning, and it made my experience with PlanGuru better. It's good software for the price.

It has the ability to pull in actuals from Quickbooks online. There are some workarounds for managing revenue recognition.

Perhaps, the tool’s greatest benefit lies in its ability to automate and simplify complex budgeting and forecasting practices.

Solve the problem with the data import. Cash-flow isn't user-friendly.

Each and every time I need support of any kind, PlanGuru always got back to me in 24 hours or less and stayed glued to me until my question or issue was completed resolved to my satisfaction.
