I have worked with Multiview software for over 15 years and have never been disappointed in the product or the service. Multiview provides a quality product for an extremely affordable price.

Lack of communication over some of the solutions to the problems.

Initially the sales pitch was a bit pushy to purchase on a quarter ending.

The accounts payable module is good. Drill down ability in the trial balance is very beneficial.

The basics are relatively easy to figure out without much guidance, but anything more involved often requires an outside consultant.

You don't have a designated rep, which makes communication a little more difficult.

My experience with Multiview has been a good one. I use it daily for all things Accounts Payable including Purchase Orders and check production.

I love that it so customizable. You did your own implementation and staff are previous users.

Aside from this, I have errors when printing bulk checks, where I've had to print them individually or generate separate files to compile for one bulk printing job.

Later they asked if we would consider paying some additional cost to achieve them; we initially said no; then said we would if this would finalize it. They set the offer on that.

Overall ease of use and ability to get things done quickly.

I like how there is very customizable reports that can help track things for just about anything. We have made so many very useful reports years ago that we still use today.

For us the jury is still out on whether or not they will make good.

Implementation Team was very good and we had a excellent experience.

Creating and modifying custom reports is easy. Custom interfaces save us a ton of time each month.

I love that you can filter and pull data easily. I like the work flow for AP invoice approval.

The implementation team did not address properly our 4 items that were critical for our needs.

It is hard to data mine the information out of the system. Can't just do a download, have to upload to temporary file to be able to download it.

The customer service I have received has also been incredibly remarkable. Timely answers and solutions to any problems encountered have added to my appreciation of this wonderful product.

This software is very user friendly. Their customer service is very helpful and I love the Chat feature.

There is only on Option for a credit card processor and the customer support for this is awful. If your application is denied there is no clear appeals process.

I love that it keeps track of all my payroll and employee information and sets recommendations on what should be done.

If I didn't have a business degree and taken a few accounting classes it would probably have been tough to get started.

Also the invoice feature is not good, the invoices look bad and are not very customizable.

My overall experience with Patriot Accounting it has been amazing. I literaly started my own business with them.
