Pros
- We have required very little customer support - but when we did require support it was always prompt, thorough and professional.
- I like the ease of flow of requisitions through the system.

- Posting and the inability to remove PO from the system.
- There are times when an approver's transactions are routed to the alternate but the alternate has no visibility of these transactions to approve.

- It also has good integration with our corporate cards along with good reports for both analysis and to reconcile to our corporate cards and accounting system.
- In addition, the ability to move from a paper system to completely electronic with an electronic workflow has resulted in huge time and process efficiencies for our company.
Cons
- The category editing section could use a little work. It is hard to edit categories during the initial set-up.
- I thought that your receipt pictures would automatically match to the charge/expense once verified but it doesn't seem to be doing that for us. We could be doing something wrong.
