- I like the fact that it integrates with a bunch of other things and makes it super useful for invoicing.

- The update method and stability of the software is just poor. The file has to be repaired sometimes because it gets corrupted.
- It can be a pain when you make a mistake and try to fix it. For some things, there are too many steps to fix the mistake.

- The software is really easy to use and the cost is also not too high, the product overall is really reliable.

- The con is that since I have a small organization, it's a tad bit costly.
