Limited invoice formatting. Lack of report showing time/wip for each user.

Our changeover wasn't too cumbersome. I'd say most items that are frustrating end up being user error.

I do have one con the statements can be a little confusing to read. I think that once a payment is applied it should not appear on the statement.

Invoicing system is pretty good. It's important for me to see how much time my employee spent on each client and TPS does an excellent job.3.

We were very excited to have a locally stored program that is NOT cloud based (though they have that option) which is very inexpensive considering everything it provides.

The workflow management is very useful as well as the ability to sync to QuickBooks Online.

Sometimes it might be hard to delete or edit an entry if someone is working on it.

Entering time when one begins a time entry in the morning and completes it in the PM...this should not be this difficult and oftentimes start time entry is lost.

I can't say enough about your support staff and how wonderful they are.

Time entry for employees is easy, straightforward and requires very little time. The ability to live-track time has improved time tracking compliance.

It is a user friendly, online software that helps us with both record timing and to stay on track on work that needs to be done.

The reports that I use are easy to read. The conversion from the old version of TPS toTPS Axis was seamless and all of our old data was migrated into Axis in about 2 weeks.

The report names are confusing because they are all so similar. I have a hard time getting the reports I want, so just use a few that I understand.

Our employees love that Axis is cloud-based, so staff can enter their time remotely.

Adding new clients  - the process always feel awkward, and takes just a few more clicks than it should need to. Looking up history is clumsy at times.

Lack of communication over some of the solutions to the problems.

Initially the sales pitch was a bit pushy to purchase on a quarter ending.

The basics are relatively easy to figure out without much guidance, but anything more involved often requires an outside consultant.

You don't have a designated rep, which makes communication a little more difficult.

My experience with Multiview has been a good one. I use it daily for all things Accounts Payable including Purchase Orders and check production.

I love that it so customizable. You did your own implementation and staff are previous users.

Seems to lack some backend administrative function, analytics, etc.

Aside from this, I have errors when printing bulk checks, where I've had to print them individually or generate separate files to compile for one bulk printing job.

Report building is very difficult and time consuming.

Later they asked if we would consider paying some additional cost to achieve them; we initially said no; then said we would if this would finalize it. They set the offer on that.

Overall ease of use and ability to get things done quickly.

I like how there is very customizable reports that can help track things for just about anything. We have made so many very useful reports years ago that we still use today.

For us the jury is still out on whether or not they will make good.

It is hard to data mine the information out of the system. Can't just do a download, have to upload to temporary file to be able to download it.
