Overall Caspio is a great platform hands down. They offer a great service and is highly customizable and recommended for larger companies with a big budget.

There are lot of tutorials available with lot of troubleshooting page and customer care is the best part over here they are very friendly and responsive.

And the support is generally pretty good. Basic apps and workflows are pretty easy and intuitive.

My overall experience with Caspio has been excellent. In the past, I have used Caspio to build an integrated set of applications for a Statewide startup program.

It includes almost all features of a good database management system with sufficient security options. It also integrates well with other applications and existing business processes and data.

With the help of Czar Zurich Placente, we have been able to build this system in a few months with ease. Czar has been so unbelievably responsive and professional throughout the entire process.

The team assigned to manage our transition was caring, courteous and totally focused on a successful implementation of our project.

There should be a multiple check box feature, where the choices can be pulled from other fields. Also, the rules for conditions are very limited.

A huge pro is the variety of features and abilities that the software gives the developer. Similarly, the customer support and library of helpful resources is not lacking whatsoever.

The platform is inconsistent in implementation which slows the learning curve and frustrates development.

Offline functionality is a huge upset. It is problem where we have considered moving to other platforms.

In my opinion, there is no better cloud database product in the marketplace. Caspio is simply the best.

The reminder feature helps in getting tasks done before the reaching the deadlines. The integration feature helps in syncing the data from numerous cloud apps.

I love how you can develop apps using no coding at all. On top of that, if you want to customize further, you can use custom code to develop anything you want.

Its user interface made it simple to create and deploy powerful online applications. It was also an excellent platform for rapidly developing and publishing data-driven webpages and web applications.

But ok, bugs is for everyone, what really is unacceptable is the total lack of support and collaboration.

Impressive customer service on that front but not so much with testing of updates/patches.

For me learning how to use caspio was very easy but what I loved the most was the way it integrated with my website.

After setting up, modifying, implementing, and now maintaining the database I needed to build, I am very happy with this software even with the learning curve.

We liked the flexibility of this software to build out solutions in the way that met our custom needs. This transcended the capabilities of existing products in the marketplace for our needs.

Oh the customer service both on chat, email, and phone, is a cut above the rest. I don't know how Caspio manages to always be there for me.

Designing datapages is also quite easy and only requires a minimum of learning time.

Then if you ask to negotiate they are not available. Once you are tied up with them they not only deliver less value, but they are rigid and unavailable to collaborate.

There are a ton of training videos and documentation to walk you through using the software. I also love how changes are seamless and take place in real time.

Ultimately a large amount of time was spent figuring out how to cut out pages and combine features, killing user experience.

This software is very easy to use-even for those who aren't very tech savvy.

It's a comprehensive database that helps me wrote reports to funders. It allows me to customize the data I collect and easily make changes as needed.

Also, customer service has been amazing. I spent some time on a conference call with the reps and we were able to get through all my questions.

The customization options and user interface are two of my favorite things about Kintone. The ability to allow permissions at various levels and create spaces supports multi-program needs.

When a use case requires someone to access an extremely limited amount of information, it's difficult to justify the cost of those additional licenses.

This software easily integrates excel spreadsheets and no code apps. This has allowed our organization the ability to streamline work flow & processes.

The price cannot be beaten. We switched over from Quickbase, which was much more expensive and less intuitive.

Their quote for getting more out of the software was reasonable. The pricing is great and allows non-enterprise users to access their platform.

Everything is built & nested within our collaborative work-space leading to a lead in proficiency. It's also extremely easy to use to stay on top of key notifications throughout the day.

Tiny inconveniences, stuff like the lack of a quick way to enter a DOB into a date field; stuck having to scroll by months.

There is no calendar that can be used to show appointments, case dates, deadlines. Other than that, it does everything else.
