Customer Support is fantastic in terms of both accessibility (always get a very fast response without needing to wait on hold) and receptiveness to ideas to improve (and actually implementing them).

It keeps great records of useful data and integrates well with Google analytics and Facebook Pixel. Setting up schedules and editing them if needed is very easy.

The ease of use and detailed reports are amazing. The fact that it integrates easily into my website is awesome.
