Staff are happy to use a database that looks good and easy to use. It's comfortable and sleek  unlike a lot of databases.

No API to connect to external software and apps (but I am lead to believe this is under development...).

The tool has been great, it integrates well with my Wordpress site (which is optional because you this actually could be used as your artist's website) and their customer service has been top notch.
